# The Irsaal LPG software dashboard: what every figure means > Read the LPG dashboard: orders today, sales and cash collected, cylinders at customers, security held, the pending route and low stock. - Product: Irsaal LPG Cylinder Delivery Software, by Irsaal Software - Section: Start here - Page: https://irsaalsystems.com/help/lpg-dashboard - Last updated: 2026-09-25 The **Dashboard** is the first screen after you sign in to Irsaal LPG Cylinder Delivery Software, headed with today's date ("Friday, 25 Sep 2026 · daily overview"). It shows today's orders, what the deliveries earned and collected, where every LPG cylinder is, what deposits you hold, the next stops on the round and anything running low. Each box appears only if your role may open the section behind it, so an office clerk and an owner see different dashboards. ## What do the top boxes mean? - **Orders Today**: how many orders are dated today, with "N delivered · N pending". It needs **Orders → View**. - **Sales Today**: what today's *deliveries* were billed for, with "Refill Rs. … · Small Rs. …" (the cylinder refills and the accessories sold on the round). It counts deliveries recorded today, whether by riders or in the office on **Refill / Delivery**. It does not include counter sales made under **Sales**, which are on the **Sales** screen and in reports. It needs **Dashboard → See Sales & Cash figures**. - **Cash Collected**: the money actually collected on today's deliveries, with "Cash Rs. … · Online Rs. …". Whatever was left on credit was not collected, so it is not in this figure. It needs the same permission. - **Cylinders at Customers**: the total cylinders customers hold right now, with the number of active customers. It needs **LPG Cylinders → View**. - **Customers' Own Cylinders**: appears only when some customers supply their own cylinders ("owed back in full"). ## What is the cylinder box? **Company LPG Cylinders** counts your cylinders by place: **Warehouse Full**, **Warehouse Empty**, **At Plant** (only with **Plant Return Tracking** on, or while some are still there), **At Customers**, **With Riders**, **Damaged** and **Other Brands**, with **Total cylinders owned**. Other-brand cylinders are held, not owned, so they sit outside the total, and so do customers' own cylinders ("Held as well — customers' own cylinders", with a **Cylinder Account report** link). **Reconciliation** (needs **Reports → View**) opens the **Cylinder Reconciliation Report** that proves the counts add up; see [LPG cylinder stock and security deposits in Irsaal](https://irsaalsystems.com/help/lpg-cylinders-and-deposits). **Security Held** shows the total of every customer's deposit, with **View Wallets** (needs **Security Wallets → View**). ## What are the lists? - **Today's Pending Route**: the next six pending orders for today by their order in the round, with **#**, **Customer**, the cylinders ("2 LPG cylinder(s)") and **Route**. **Deliver** (needs **Orders → Record Delivery / Refill**) opens the delivery form. **View all** opens **Orders**. If it is empty it says "No pending orders", and with the **Subscription System** on and **Dashboard → Generate Today's Orders** it suggests generating them. - **Recent Deliveries**: the latest six, with the customer, the cylinders ("+2 −2": full given, empties taken back), the invoice total and how it was paid (**Cash**, **Online** or **Credit**). - **Low stock**: products under their own low-stock level, listed by name with the count on hand. It needs **Products → View**. If your role opens the Dashboard but none of these sections, it says "Nothing to show here yet" and asks you to get the matching permissions from an administrator. ## What are the two buttons at the top? - **Generate Today's Orders** (only with **Subscription System** on and **Dashboard → Generate Today's Orders**): books today's orders from customers' subscriptions. It answers "Generated 12 order(s) for today. 3 already existed." Running it twice never doubles an order. The LPG dashboard does not carry a setup card. The menu also has a **Search menu…** box at the top that filters the sidebar as you type ("No matching section" when nothing fits). ## Frequently asked questions ### What does Sales Today show on the Irsaal LPG dashboard? The refill and product charges of today's deliveries (riders' and office-recorded), split into refill and small items. It is not the day's cash and it leaves out counter sales; cash and online receipts are in **Cash Collected**. ### Why is my dashboard empty, or missing figures? Each box is tied to a permission. Sales and cash figures need **Dashboard → See Sales & Cash figures**, the cylinder box needs **LPG Cylinders → View**, and so on. An administrator can tick them for your role under **System → Users & Roles**. ### Where do I see today's pending deliveries? In **Today's Pending Route** on the dashboard, or under **Operations → Orders** for the full list of the day. ### Dashboard par aaj ki sale aur cash kahan hai?
