# The 16 reports in Irsaal goods transport software, and how to read them

Irsaal Goods Transport Software has 16 reports under **Reports** on the sidebar, grouped as **Transport**, **Money**, **Website** and **People**. Every report is for a date range (it opens on this month for your own station), can be narrowed by station and by filters specific to it, and can be printed as a **PDF** or downloaded as **Excel** or **CSV** with exactly the rows on screen. Reports are an add-on ("The full reporting shelf", every plan): on a plan without it the **Reports** menu shows a padlock and opens **Upgrade your plan**. Opening a report needs **View** on **Reports**, and exporting needs the **Export (PDF / CSV)** button permission on **Reports** (ready for **Administrator**, **Station Manager** and **Accountant**).

## Which reports are there, and what does each answer?

## On a report screen: filters and exports

Every report has a filter bar with **Start Date** and **End Date** (and, on most, **Start Time** and **End Time** for a shift), a **Station** picker where it applies, and the report's own filters. Press **Generate** to run it and **Reset** to clear it. A row of cards gives the totals, then the tables (with **Totals** rows). With no rows it says "No data for the selected filters." Export buttons produce **PDF** (a print-ready page with your company letterhead), **Excel** and **CSV**. A station user sees their own station; an administrator can choose a station or **All Stations**.

## Frequently asked questions

### How do I see how much To-Pay freight is still to collect in Irsaal goods transport?

**Reports → To-Pay Outstanding**. It shows the total outstanding, how much has arrived but not been collected, the amount per collecting station and how many days each bilty has waited.

### How do I see what I owe drivers?

**Reports → Challan / Vehicle Report**: the **Owed to Drivers** card and the **Bakiya** column, and **Driver Payments** for what has been paid.

### How do I see today's cash?

**Finance → Cash Book**, which opens on today for your station.

### Why can't I export a report?

Your role lacks the **Export (PDF / CSV)** button permission on **Reports**. The administrator ticks it under **Admin → Roles** ([Users, roles and station permissions in Irsaal goods transport software](https://irsaalsystems.com/help/transport-users-roles-permissions)).

### Why does the Loyalty Report not show?

It is on the menu only while the loyalty programme is switched on and the plan carries loyalty.

### Why does the Reports menu show a padlock?

The plan does not include the reporting add-on. Open **My Account → Upgrade Plan**.
