# Irsaal > Irsaal, by Irsaal Systems, is business software from Pakistan for water, LPG cylinder and milk delivery rounds and for goods transport companies, in Pakistan and the Gulf: routes, riders, containers and deposits, bilties and loading challans, invoicing and reports from one dashboard. Irsaal is made by Irsaal Software, based in Daska, Punjab, Pakistan (www.irsaalsystems.com). It serves water, milk, LPG and ice delivery businesses and goods transport companies across Pakistan, and since October 2026 businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman can open an account too. Pricing is monthly in PKR and every plan starts with a free 14-day trial that does not ask for a card. ## What it does - Irsaal is built specifically for delivery rounds in Pakistan, with PKR pricing, Urdu-friendly customer names and Asia/Karachi scheduling as defaults rather than settings. - Since October 2026 businesses in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman can open an account: the sign-up form takes their country and mobile number, and the account starts in their own currency — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR. - For a Gulf business the office panel is in English and the rider app in English or Urdu; there is no Arabic interface, support is remote from Pakistan, plans are priced in PKR, and tax is a line on the invoice rather than e-invoicing. - One platform sells four products — water delivery, LPG cylinder delivery, milk shop management and goods transport — and a business chooses which at sign-up; each gets its own panel and its own price list, and the three delivery products each get their own half of the rider app. - The goods transport product books every consignment on a bilty from one of the company's stations to another, loads it onto a hired vehicle on a loading challan with the driver's freight and advance, and collects any To-Pay freight at the destination before the goods are handed over. - A transporter's customers follow their bilty on a public tracking page at the company's own address, with names and phone numbers masked, and get SMS or WhatsApp alerts at booking, departure, arrival and delivery. - Every returnable bottle or cylinder is tracked as an outstanding balance per customer, so a supplier can see exactly how many are with which customer on any date. - Returnable stock is separated into deposit-covered, customer-owned and lent-on-trust, because those three need different answers when a customer stops taking deliveries. - The milk product works the other way round, because milk is measured rather than counted: litres are issued against a round in the morning and reconciled against it in the evening, with supplier intake priced by fat and litre. - Irsaal tracks a container that has to come back, a deposit held against it, and a customer balance that carries forward — which is the actual accounting problem of a water, gas or milk round, and the reason a spreadsheet stops agreeing with the van. There is no Arabic interface yet. - Tax on the invoice, not e-invoicing: An order booked in the office can carry a tax rate, printed as a tax line beside your tax number. It does not file returns, and it is not an e-invoicing system: a business that must issue ZATCA (Fatoora) tax invoices in Saudi Arabia needs its accounting system for those. - Set up and supported from Pakistan: Irsaal is built by Irsaal Systems in Pakistan.
