What Irsaal is

Water delivery management software, built in Pakistan

Irsaal is water delivery management software for businesses that run a fixed round — bottled water, milk, LPG cylinders or ice. It holds customers, routes, riders, returnable 19 litre bottles, security deposits, subscriptions, invoicing, recovery, purchasing, stock, expenses, payroll and sixteen reports in one system. The office works in a browser; riders work in a mobile app that keeps recording when the signal drops. Goods transport companies — bilties, loading challans and station-to-station tracking — have a product of their own on the same platform.

It is priced monthly in PKR by a company registered in Pakistan, supported in English and Urdu, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that does not ask for a card.

19 L The bottle the whole Pakistani market runs on — tracked as a per-customer balance, not a sold product.
3 Facts captured at every stop: delivered, collected, paid. Miss one and the day will not reconcile.
16 Reports covering rounds, bottles, recovery, stock, expenses and payroll — all exportable.
Offline The rider app records without signal and syncs later, because half of Pakistan's rounds pass through dead zones.
14 days Free trial on every plan, with no card required.
PKR Priced and billed in rupees, by a company registered in Pakistan.

A gas round is not a water round with different words, a milk shop is neither, and a goods transporter moving bilties between its own stations is a different trade again. Each is a product of its own—its own screens, its own price list—and the three delivery rounds share the offline rider app.

Irsaal for Water Delivery

Irsaal for Water Delivery runs a bottled-water round: customers, routes, riders, 19 litre returnable bottle tracking, security deposits, invoicing and recovery.

For: A mineral-water plant or shop delivering 19 litre bottles to homes, offices and shops on a repeating round.

Irsaal for LPG Cylinder Delivery

Irsaal for LPG runs a gas cylinder round: customers, routes, riders, full and empty cylinder tracking, refill exchange, security deposits, a rate per cylinder size, invoicing and recovery.

For: An LPG distributor or agency delivering refillable cylinders to households, restaurants and shops.

Irsaal for Milk Shops & Dairies

Irsaal for Milk Shops runs a dairy: supplier intake by litre and fat, subscribers with daily quantities, morning dispatch, evening rider settlement, counter POS and production runs.

For: A milk shop or small dairy taking milk in from suppliers, delivering to daily subscribers and selling over a counter.

Irsaal for Goods Transport

Irsaal for Goods Transport runs a goods forwarding company: bilty booking at the counter, loading challans for hired vehicles, receiving at the destination station, the delivery desk with To-Pay collection, a cash book per station and the accounts between stations.

For: A goods transport or cargo company that books consignments at one of its own stations (adda) and hands them over at another, on hired vehicles.

Where revenue quietly leaks

A delivery round breaks in the gaps between paper, people and stock.

Irsaal connects those gaps while the work is happening—not weeks later when the figures have already stopped agreeing.

01

Bottles disappear between locations

Warehouse, plant, van, rider and customer all hold the same asset. If every move is not signed, the total becomes a guess.

02

Customer deposits lose their meaning

A deposit, the customer’s own bottles and bottles lent on trust need separate answers when the relationship ends.

03

The day’s cash becomes one number

Paid, part-paid, credit and tomorrow’s collection need a per-customer trail—not a rider’s memory at closing time.

The complete delivery engine

Six connected tools. One operational truth.

Every card shares the same customer, bottle and payment history, so your team works from one answer instead of six versions of it.

Bottle reconciliation

Turn “how many bottles do we own?” into a number you can prove.

Every bottle movement writes a signed ledger row. Stock stays separated by location and ownership, so the total can always be explained.

  • Deposit covered—your bottle, secured and refundable.
  • Customer owned—their bottle, never mixed into your assets.
  • Lent on trust—your risk, visible before it becomes a loss.

FAQ

What suppliers ask before they start

The questions that come up most often — about the product, the price and what it takes to switch.

What is Irsaal?

Irsaal is business software from Pakistan, made by Irsaal Software, sold as four products on one platform: water delivery, LPG cylinder delivery, milk shops and dairies, and goods transport. The three delivery products run a round — customers, routes, riders, returnable bottles or cylinders, security deposits, invoices, recovery, stock and reports — with a rider app that keeps recording when the signal drops. The goods transport product runs a forwarding company: bilties at the booking counter, loading challans for hired vehicles, receiving, To-Pay collection and the accounts between stations. Office staff work in a web panel, in English or Urdu.

Who is Irsaal for?

Irsaal is for any business that delivers the same customers again and again on a schedule. In practice that means water plants and mineral water suppliers, dairy and milk rounds, LPG cylinder distributors, ice suppliers and small distribution companies. It suits an operation from a single rider on one route up to several routes with an office team, because routes, riders and staff logins are added as the round grows rather than fixed at signup. Goods transport and cargo companies that book consignments at their own stations and hand them over at others have a product of their own, sold by the number of stations.

What makes Irsaal different from general accounting or POS software?

Accounting software records that a sale happened; Irsaal records that a bottle left, who has it, whether the deposit covers it and whether it came back. A delivery round has three things ordinary business software has no concept of: returnable containers that move in both directions, a rider who is holding both stock and cash all day, and a repeating schedule per customer. Irsaal is built around those three, which is why a water supplier can close a day in it and know the bottle count and the cash count both reconcile.

How much does Irsaal cost?

Irsaal is priced from PKR 2,500 to PKR 24,500 a business a month, depending on the product and the tier — water delivery, LPG cylinders, milk shops and goods transport each have their own price list. Billing is monthly in PKR, yearly billing is available at a discount, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. Where a plan carries a one-time setup fee, the pricing page shows it beside the monthly price.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every Irsaal plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and it does not ask for a card. The trial is the full product, not a limited demo: you can load your real customer list, run real rounds and print real invoices during it. If you decide not to continue, the account simply stops and your data is held for 30 days in case you come back.

Are there any hidden charges or per-rider fees?

No hidden charges — everything a plan costs is stated on the pricing page. Each plan includes a set number of riders and staff logins; any beyond that are added per month at the per-rider or per-login price shown on the plan. A plan with onboarding carries a one-time setup fee, shown beside its price. There is no per-delivery charge, and no separate licence for the rider mobile app, which is included on every plan. The plans differ on how many routes, riders and staff logins they carry and which modules are switched on, and those limits are stated on the pricing page rather than discovered later.

Can I move my existing customer list into Irsaal?

Yes. Customers, opening balances, bottle balances and rates can be imported from a spreadsheet, which is how almost every business arrives — most water suppliers in Pakistan are running on an Excel file or a hand-written register when they start. If your file is messy, send it in and we will map it for you rather than making you reformat it first.
