Distribution & Route Management Software

What it does

Irsaal fits any round with a fixed customer list, a repeating schedule and stock that has to be accounted for at the end of the day. If your business delivers to the same shops or homes week after week, the same three problems apply — what went out, what came back, and who owes what — regardless of what is in the crate.

What general distribution needs, specifically

Six capabilities that a general distribution business depends on — and that general business software has no concept of.

Fixed customer rounds

Named routes in delivery order, assigned per day, with the sequence held by the business rather than by one rider.

Any returnable container

Crates, trays, drums or cylinders — anything expected back is tracked as a per-customer balance.

Full purchasing and stock

Purchases, supplier ledgers, stock movements and returns, so the delivery side and the buying side share one set of numbers.

Staff, wages and attendance

Attendance recorded, payroll run from it, including per-delivery wage bases and advances.

Reporting across the whole business

Sixteen reports spanning rounds, recovery, stock, expenses and payroll, all exportable.

Permissions for an office team

Staff logins carry per-section permissions, so order entry and financial reporting can be separate jobs.

And everything else that comes with it

The general distribution specifics above sit on top of the full platform — you do not buy a cut-down version because your round is a particular shape.

  • Purchasing, supplier ledgers and supplier payments
  • Inventory with stock movements and returns
  • Expenses by category, and staff payroll from recorded attendance
  • A customer-facing online storefront, if you want one
  • WhatsApp notifications for orders, deliveries and payments
  • Sixteen reports, all exportable
  • Staff logins with per-section permissions

FAQ

Questions about general distribution software

What is Irsaal?

Irsaal is business software from Pakistan, made by Irsaal Software, sold as four products on one platform: water delivery, LPG cylinder delivery, milk shops and dairies, and goods transport. The three delivery products run a round — customers, routes, riders, returnable bottles or cylinders, security deposits, invoices, recovery, stock and reports — with a rider app that keeps recording when the signal drops. The goods transport product runs a forwarding company: bilties at the booking counter, loading challans for hired vehicles, receiving, To-Pay collection and the accounts between stations. Office staff work in a web panel, in English or Urdu.

Who is Irsaal for?

Irsaal is for any business that delivers the same customers again and again on a schedule. In practice that means water plants and mineral water suppliers, dairy and milk rounds, LPG cylinder distributors, ice suppliers and small distribution companies. It suits an operation from a single rider on one route up to several routes with an office team, because routes, riders and staff logins are added as the round grows rather than fixed at signup. Goods transport and cargo companies that book consignments at their own stations and hand them over at others have a product of their own, sold by the number of stations.

What makes Irsaal different from general accounting or POS software?

Accounting software records that a sale happened; Irsaal records that a bottle left, who has it, whether the deposit covers it and whether it came back. A delivery round has three things ordinary business software has no concept of: returnable containers that move in both directions, a rider who is holding both stock and cash all day, and a repeating schedule per customer. Irsaal is built around those three, which is why a water supplier can close a day in it and know the bottle count and the cash count both reconcile.

How long does it take to set up?

A working account takes about an hour: create the business, add your products and rates, import or enter customers, define routes and add riders. Most businesses run their first real round in Irsaal the next morning. The part that takes longest is the one worth doing carefully — counting how many bottles each customer is currently holding, because that opening balance is what every later reconciliation is measured against.

Do my riders need training to use the app?

Very little. The rider app shows one round as an ordered list of stops, and each stop asks three questions: how many delivered, how many empties collected, how much paid. Riders who have never used business software before are typically working independently within a day or two. The office panel takes longer to learn, but only the office needs to learn it.

Is my business data private from other businesses using Irsaal?

Yes. Each business gets an isolated workspace. Customers, rates, riders, invoices and reports belong to one business and are never visible to another — there is no shared customer list and no cross-business reporting. Inside your own workspace you control who sees what: staff logins carry per-section permissions, so a data-entry user can be given orders without being given financial reports.

Can customers place orders themselves?

Yes. Each business can switch on a customer-facing online storefront where its own customers order without phoning the office. Orders placed there land in the same queue as orders taken by phone and go out on the same round. WhatsApp notifications can be sent for order confirmation, delivery and payment, which in Pakistan is the channel customers actually read.

Does Irsaal work in Urdu?

The interface is in English, and Urdu text is fully supported throughout — customer names, addresses, area names and notes can all be entered and printed in Urdu, and they appear correctly on invoices. Support is available in both English and Urdu.

What reports does Irsaal produce?

Irsaal ships sixteen reports covering both sides of the business: daily and monthly sales, deliveries by route and by rider, bottle position and bottle losses, customer ledgers and ageing recovery, rider cash and rider performance, purchases and supplier balances, stock movement, expenses by category and payroll. All of them export, because the accountant will ask for a file.
