Water delivery software, answered

Everything suppliers ask us before they start — about bottles, deposits, routes, riders, billing, price and how long it takes to switch. No sales language, just what the software does and does not do.

About the product

What is Irsaal?

Irsaal is business software from Pakistan, made by Irsaal Software, sold as four products on one platform: water delivery, LPG cylinder delivery, milk shops and dairies, and goods transport. The three delivery products run a round — customers, routes, riders, returnable bottles or cylinders, security deposits, invoices, recovery, stock and reports — with a rider app that keeps recording when the signal drops. The goods transport product runs a forwarding company: bilties at the booking counter, loading challans for hired vehicles, receiving, To-Pay collection and the accounts between stations. Office staff work in a web panel, in English or Urdu.

Who is Irsaal for?

Irsaal is for any business that delivers the same customers again and again on a schedule. In practice that means water plants and mineral water suppliers, dairy and milk rounds, LPG cylinder distributors, ice suppliers and small distribution companies. It suits an operation from a single rider on one route up to several routes with an office team, because routes, riders and staff logins are added as the round grows rather than fixed at signup. Goods transport and cargo companies that book consignments at their own stations and hand them over at others have a product of their own, sold by the number of stations.

What makes Irsaal different from general accounting or POS software?

Accounting software records that a sale happened; Irsaal records that a bottle left, who has it, whether the deposit covers it and whether it came back. A delivery round has three things ordinary business software has no concept of: returnable containers that move in both directions, a rider who is holding both stock and cash all day, and a repeating schedule per customer. Irsaal is built around those three, which is why a water supplier can close a day in it and know the bottle count and the cash count both reconcile.

About the company

Who makes Irsaal?

Irsaal is made by Irsaal Software, a software company in Daska, Punjab, Pakistan. Its website is www.irsaalsystems.com, and the team can be reached on +92 345 6703860 or at info@irsaalsystems.com.

Is Irsaal Pakistani software?

Yes. Irsaal is built and supported in Pakistan by Irsaal Software. It is priced in PKR, its rider app and its transport panel work in Urdu as well as English, and its defaults are Pakistani ones — rupees, Asia/Karachi time, local SMS gateways and the way Pakistani delivery rounds and goods transport companies actually work.

Which businesses use Irsaal?

Four kinds, each with its own product: water plants and mineral water suppliers delivering 19 litre bottles; LPG agencies and distributors delivering gas cylinders; milk shops and small dairies serving daily subscribers and a counter; and goods transport or cargo companies that book consignments at their own stations and hand them over at others.

Bottles and deposits

How does Irsaal track returnable water bottles?

Every returnable bottle is tracked as an outstanding balance against the customer who has it. When a rider delivers four full bottles and collects three empties, the customer's balance moves by one, immediately, on the rider's phone. At any moment you can open a customer and see how many bottles are with them, open a route and see the same total for the whole round, and compare that against what left the plant. Bottles that never came back stop being a vague suspicion and become a number with a name attached.

Can Irsaal handle customer security deposits on bottles?

Yes. A security deposit is recorded per customer and held against the bottles they hold, so the deposit ledger and the bottle ledger are two views of the same fact. When a customer returns bottles and closes their account, the refund due is calculated from what they actually hold rather than from memory. When a customer takes more bottles than their deposit covers, that gap is visible before it becomes a loss.

What happens when a customer breaks or loses a bottle?

The bottle is written off against that customer, and the loss is charged against their security deposit or added to their invoice, whichever the business prefers. Irsaal keeps the write-off as a recorded event rather than a silent adjustment, so the monthly bottle-loss figure across all customers is a report you can read instead of a difference you discover at stock-take.

Routes and riders

How does Irsaal manage delivery routes and riders?

Routes are named lists of customers in delivery order, each assigned to a rider for the day. The rider opens the round in the mobile app and works down the list, recording what was delivered, what was collected and what was paid at each stop. The office sees the round progress as it happens. At the end of the day the rider's cash, stock and bottle counts are closed off together, which is the point at which most shortfalls are caught — the same day, not at month end.

Does the rider app work without an internet connection?

Yes. The Irsaal rider app records deliveries, returns and cash collections offline and syncs them when a connection comes back. This is not a fallback mode — it is how the app is built, because a round through a basement, a rural stretch or a patchy area is normal in Pakistan and a delivery app that needs a live connection at every stop is one a rider stops using by the third day.

Can I see how much cash each rider is holding?

Yes. Each rider has their own cash ledger. Every payment collected on the round posts to it, and the ledger is closed when the rider hands cash in at the end of the day. The difference between what the round should have collected and what was actually handed in is shown per rider, per day — so a shortfall surfaces while everyone still remembers the stop it came from.

Does Irsaal handle rider attendance and pay?

Yes. Staff attendance is recorded and payroll runs from it, including wage bases that pay per delivery, per day or on a fixed salary. Rider advances and deductions post to the same ledger, so the amount a rider is owed at month end already accounts for what they drew during it.

Billing and recovery

How does billing work for customers who pay monthly?

Irsaal writes an invoice at every delivery, at that customer's own rate — a customer on 30 rupees a bottle and a customer on 45 are billed correctly without anybody remembering the difference — and whatever is not paid at the door goes on their ledger. An office or shop that settles weekly or monthly is put on a payment plan: the software reminds whoever is on the system on the day it falls due, and the payment is recorded against the balance. Invoices can be printed or shared as a link, and every customer's outstanding balance is on the customer list, so the office knows who to chase before the amount grows past the deposit.

Can different customers have different rates?

Yes. Rates are set per customer and per product, and can also be set per route. This matters more than it sounds: most water suppliers in Pakistan quietly run three or four price tiers — households, offices, shops and a few legacy customers on an old rate — and in a spreadsheet those tiers are exactly where billing errors come from.

Does Irsaal support subscriptions and recurring deliveries?

Yes. A customer can be put on a repeating schedule — a fixed quantity on set days — and the round is generated from those schedules automatically. Skipped days, quantity changes and holidays are recorded against the schedule, so the month's bill reflects what was actually delivered rather than what was planned.

LPG cylinder delivery

Is there software for an LPG gas agency or distributor?

Yes. Irsaal for LPG Cylinder Delivery runs a gas round: customers, routes and riders, full and empty cylinders counted wherever they are, refills handled as an exchange, a security deposit held against every cylinder a customer keeps, weekly or monthly payment plans and recovery, and a rider app that works offline and prints a Bluetooth receipt.

How does Irsaal track LPG cylinders?

By where they are and by customer. Every cylinder delivered and every empty collected is recorded at the door, so each customer has a running cylinder balance and the agency sees its full and empty stock — in the warehouse, at the plant, with customers and with riders — at any moment. Domestic and commercial cylinders are priced with their own rate cards.

How are LPG refills and security deposits handled?

A refill is an exchange — a full cylinder out, an empty one back — not a sale of a cylinder. The deposit taken when a customer first receives a cylinder is held against their balance, so the agency can see who holds more cylinders than their deposit covers.

Can restaurants and shops buying LPG pay monthly?

Yes. Commercial customers carry their own rate and cylinder balance, take cylinders on credit, and settle weekly or monthly on a payment plan, while household customers pay per refill at the door.

Milk shops and dairies

Is there software for a milk shop or dairy in Pakistan?

Yes. Irsaal for Milk Shops & Dairies runs the dairy's day: supplier milk in by litre and fat, daily subscribers served first, riders issued milk in the morning and settled in the evening, a counter POS for milk, yogurt and other products, production and wastage.

How are milk suppliers paid by fat and litre?

Each delivery from a supplier is recorded with its quantity — in litres or mann — and its fat reading, priced at the agreed rate and posted to that supplier's ledger, so what each supplier is owed is always up to date.

How are daily milk subscribers billed?

Subscribers can take milk every day, on chosen weekdays or on alternate days. Issuing milk to a rider bills every monthly subscriber on that route at their daily quantity and rate; daily payers pay cash at the door; and "no delivery today" removes a stop, its litres and its bill in one step.

How does a milk rider's evening settlement work?

The rider reports litres delivered and returned, cash from daily payers, payments from monthly customers and any expenses. It waits as pending until the office approves it; on approval the cash posts to the chosen account, the payments credit each customer and returned milk goes back into stock.

Goods transport

Does Irsaal have software for a goods transport company?

Yes. Irsaal for Goods Transport runs a goods forwarding company that works station to station. A consignment is booked on a bilty at the counter, with the sender, the receiver, the goods and the freight; it is loaded onto a hired vehicle on a loading challan that records the driver's kiraya and advance; the destination station unloads it bilty by bilty, marking anything short or damaged; and the delivery desk hands it over, collecting any To-Pay freight first. Each station keeps its own cash book.

Can my customers track their bilty online?

Yes. Every company gets a tracking page at its own address, and a customer who types the bilty number printed on their copy sees where the goods are — booked, loaded, in transit, arrived or delivered. Names and phone numbers on it are masked, because a bilty number is easy to guess. The sender and the receiver can also be sent SMS or WhatsApp alerts at booking, departure, arrival and delivery, through the company's own gateway, each carrying the link.

How are To-Pay bilties and the accounts between stations handled?

Freight paid at booking goes into the booking station's cash book. To-Pay freight is collected at the destination before the goods leave, into that station's cash book — and because it is the booking station's money, the amount is posted to an account between the two stations. A driver's balance paid at the far end is posted the same way. Each pair of stations sees what one owes the other, and settles it with a transfer rather than a phone call.

Can a transporter's riders pick goods up and deliver to the door?

Yes. Riders work from the web Rider Portal on their phone's browser: the pickups and door deliveries assigned to them, collecting To-Pay at the door and marking the goods delivered. What they collect sits in their day's ledger until the office approves the handover, the same control a delivery round has over a rider's cash.

Does the goods transport software include a website for my company?

On the plan that carries it, yes: a company website at your own address on Irsaal, with bilty tracking, online booking requests with door pickup, your stations and your rate card, and customer accounts that list every bilty sent or received. There is nothing to host and no domain to buy — publishing it is one button.

What is the best bilty software in Pakistan?

The best bilty software is the one that follows a consignment after the bilty is printed: onto a vehicle on a loading challan, off it bilty by bilty, across the delivery desk with To-Pay collected, and into the right station's cash — with accounts between stations. Irsaal for Goods Transport is built for exactly that, for Pakistani transporters, priced by the number of stations, with a 14-day free trial.

How much does goods transport software cost?

Irsaal for Goods Transport is priced monthly in PKR by the number of stations, starting from a two-station plan, with the prices published on the pricing page and a 14-day free trial that needs no card.

Does Irsaal handle loading challans, kiraya and the driver's advance?

Yes. A loading challan lists the bilties on a hired vehicle and records the driver, the kiraya agreed and the advance paid at dispatch. The balance can be paid at any station after dispatch — usually the destination, after unloading — and a payment made by a station other than the loading one is posted to the account between the two.

What happens when goods arrive short or damaged?

The destination station unloads each vehicle bilty by bilty and marks each consignment all there, short, damaged or missing, so a shortage is recorded against that trip, vehicle and driver before the goods are handed over.

Can each station have its own staff and cash book?

Yes. Staff logins are tied to a station and a role with its own permission grid, each station keeps its own cash book, and the owner sees every station together.

Are bilties printed with a tracking QR code?

Yes. Bilties print in sender, goods and office copies, numbered with the booking station's code, and the sender's copy carries a QR code that opens the tracking page.

Which SMS providers does the goods transport software use?

It sends SMS through Veevo Tech or SendPK, with one as the main provider and the other as a backup if the first fails, and lays out each message ready to submit for PTA template approval. WhatsApp alerts can be sent as well.

Is there a mobile app for a transporter's riders?

A transporter's riders use the web Rider Portal in their phone's browser rather than the delivery rider app: their pickups and door deliveries, To-Pay collected at the door and a daily ledger the office approves. Nothing has to be installed.

Can the goods transport software be used in Urdu?

Yes. The transport panel and the company website can run in Urdu, right to left, as well as in English, and a station can use its own language.

The Gulf — UAE, Saudi Arabia and their neighbours

Can I use Irsaal in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or another Gulf country?

Yes. Since October 2026 a business in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman can open an account: choose the country on the sign-up form, confirm your mobile number on WhatsApp, and the account opens in that country's currency. Setup, training and support are remote, from Pakistan, on WhatsApp and by phone in English or Urdu.

Does Irsaal work for a 5-gallon water delivery business?

Yes — it is the round Irsaal was built for. The panel calls the bottle "19 litre", which is the 5-gallon (18.9 litre) bottle under its metric name. Every bottle is a balance against the customer holding it, the refundable deposit is held against that count, and a coupon book — or any payment in advance — is kept as the customer's advance, which each delivery's bill is taken from.

Which currencies can a Gulf business use?

An account opened from the Gulf starts in its own currency — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR — on invoices, customer ledgers and reports, and the symbol can be changed in Settings. Amounts are kept to two decimal places, so a price in dinars or rials is entered to the nearest ten fils or baisa.

Is the rider app available in Arabic?

Not yet. The rider app runs in English or Urdu, switched per rider, and the office panel is in English. On a round whose drivers read Urdu more easily than English, each rider can use it in the language they read fastest; there is no Arabic interface.

Does Irsaal handle VAT in the Gulf?

In part. An order booked in the office can carry a tax rate — 5% in the UAE, 15% in Saudi Arabia, 10% in Bahrain, 5% in Oman — printed as a tax line on the invoice beside your tax number. Deliveries billed at the door from the rider app carry no tax line, and Irsaal does not file returns or issue e-invoices such as Saudi Arabia's ZATCA (Fatoora): a business that must issue those needs its accounting system for them.

How do I pay for Irsaal from the Gulf?

Plans are shown and invoiced in your own currency (AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD, OMR), converted from the price list in Pakistani rupees. The 14-day trial needs no card; before it ends we agree with you how the invoice is paid from your country.

Is there software for an LPG gas cylinder distributor in the Gulf?

Yes. Irsaal for LPG Cylinder Delivery is open to distributors in the Gulf: full and empty cylinders counted wherever they are, a refill handled as an exchange, a refill price and a deposit for each cylinder size, and a rider app that records every swap offline. It has pages for the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.

Pricing and trial

How much does Irsaal cost?

Irsaal is priced from PKR 2,500 to PKR 24,500 a business a month, depending on the product and the tier — water delivery, LPG cylinders, milk shops and goods transport each have their own price list. Billing is monthly in PKR, yearly billing is available at a discount, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. Where a plan carries a one-time setup fee, the pricing page shows it beside the monthly price.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every Irsaal plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and it does not ask for a card. The trial is the full product, not a limited demo: you can load your real customer list, run real rounds and print real invoices during it. If you decide not to continue, the account simply stops and your data is held for 30 days in case you come back.

Are there any hidden charges or per-rider fees?

No hidden charges — everything a plan costs is stated on the pricing page. Each plan includes a set number of riders and staff logins; any beyond that are added per month at the per-rider or per-login price shown on the plan. A plan with onboarding carries a one-time setup fee, shown beside its price. There is no per-delivery charge, and no separate licence for the rider mobile app, which is included on every plan. The plans differ on how many routes, riders and staff logins they carry and which modules are switched on, and those limits are stated on the pricing page rather than discovered later.

Can I move my existing customer list into Irsaal?

Yes. Customers, opening balances, bottle balances and rates can be imported from a spreadsheet, which is how almost every business arrives — most water suppliers in Pakistan are running on an Excel file or a hand-written register when they start. If your file is messy, send it in and we will map it for you rather than making you reformat it first.

Getting started

How long does it take to set up?

A working account takes about an hour: create the business, add your products and rates, import or enter customers, define routes and add riders. Most businesses run their first real round in Irsaal the next morning. The part that takes longest is the one worth doing carefully — counting how many bottles each customer is currently holding, because that opening balance is what every later reconciliation is measured against.

Do my riders need training to use the app?

Very little. The rider app shows one round as an ordered list of stops, and each stop asks three questions: how many delivered, how many empties collected, how much paid. Riders who have never used business software before are typically working independently within a day or two. The office panel takes longer to learn, but only the office needs to learn it.

Is my business data private from other businesses using Irsaal?

Yes. Each business gets an isolated workspace. Customers, rates, riders, invoices and reports belong to one business and are never visible to another — there is no shared customer list and no cross-business reporting. Inside your own workspace you control who sees what: staff logins carry per-section permissions, so a data-entry user can be given orders without being given financial reports.

Can customers place orders themselves?

Yes. Each business can switch on a customer-facing online storefront where its own customers order without phoning the office. Orders placed there land in the same queue as orders taken by phone and go out on the same round. WhatsApp notifications can be sent for order confirmation, delivery and payment, which in Pakistan is the channel customers actually read.

Does Irsaal work in Urdu?

The interface is in English, and Urdu text is fully supported throughout — customer names, addresses, area names and notes can all be entered and printed in Urdu, and they appear correctly on invoices. Support is available in both English and Urdu.

What reports does Irsaal produce?

Irsaal ships sixteen reports covering both sides of the business: daily and monthly sales, deliveries by route and by rider, bottle position and bottle losses, customer ledgers and ageing recovery, rider cash and rider performance, purchases and supplier balances, stock movement, expenses by category and payroll. All of them export, because the accountant will ask for a file.
