Milk Delivery Management Software
Irsaal runs a dairy round the way dairy rounds actually work: the same customers, the same quantities, every morning, with a bill at the end of the month and a handful of skipped days in the middle that decide whether that bill is right. Deliveries generate from each customer's standing schedule, so nobody re-enters the round every day.
What milk delivery needs, specifically
Six capabilities that a milk delivery business depends on — and that general business software has no concept of.
Standing daily schedules
Each customer has a fixed quantity on set days. The round is generated from those schedules, not typed out each morning.
Skipped days and quantity changes
A customer travelling for a week, or taking two litres instead of one this month, is recorded against the schedule — and the monthly bill follows the change automatically.
Month-end billing from actuals
The invoice reflects what was delivered, not what was planned. That single distinction is where most manual dairy billing goes wrong.
Returnable crates and bottles
If you deliver in glass or in returnable crates, the same per-customer container balance applies as it does to water bottles.
Rider cash per round
Morning collections post to a per-rider ledger that closes when cash is handed in, which is the control a cash-heavy dairy round most needs.
Recovery on monthly accounts
Customers billed monthly slip quietly. Ageing shows who is at 30, 60 and 90 days before the balance passes what they are worth.
And everything else that comes with it
The milk delivery specifics above sit on top of the full platform — you do not buy a cut-down version because your round is a particular shape.

Questions about milk delivery software
How does Irsaal manage delivery routes and riders?
Routes are named lists of customers in delivery order, each assigned to a rider for the day. The rider opens the round in the mobile app and works down the list, recording what was delivered, what was collected and what was paid at each stop. The office sees the round progress as it happens. At the end of the day the rider's cash, stock and bottle counts are closed off together, which is the point at which most shortfalls are caught — the same day, not at month end.
Does the rider app work without an internet connection?
Yes. The Irsaal rider app records deliveries, returns and cash collections offline and syncs them when a connection comes back. This is not a fallback mode — it is how the app is built, because a round through a basement, a rural stretch or a patchy area is normal in Pakistan and a delivery app that needs a live connection at every stop is one a rider stops using by the third day.
Can I see how much cash each rider is holding?
Yes. Each rider has their own cash ledger. Every payment collected on the round posts to it, and the ledger is closed when the rider hands cash in at the end of the day. The difference between what the round should have collected and what was actually handed in is shown per rider, per day — so a shortfall surfaces while everyone still remembers the stop it came from.
Does Irsaal handle rider attendance and pay?
Yes. Staff attendance is recorded and payroll runs from it, including wage bases that pay per delivery, per day or on a fixed salary. Rider advances and deductions post to the same ledger, so the amount a rider is owed at month end already accounts for what they drew during it.
Is there software for a milk shop or dairy in Pakistan?
Yes. Irsaal for Milk Shops & Dairies runs the dairy's day: supplier milk in by litre and fat, daily subscribers served first, riders issued milk in the morning and settled in the evening, a counter POS for milk, yogurt and other products, production and wastage.
How are milk suppliers paid by fat and litre?
Each delivery from a supplier is recorded with its quantity — in litres or mann — and its fat reading, priced at the agreed rate and posted to that supplier's ledger, so what each supplier is owed is always up to date.
How are daily milk subscribers billed?
Subscribers can take milk every day, on chosen weekdays or on alternate days. Issuing milk to a rider bills every monthly subscriber on that route at their daily quantity and rate; daily payers pay cash at the door; and "no delivery today" removes a stop, its litres and its bill in one step.
How does a milk rider's evening settlement work?
The rider reports litres delivered and returned, cash from daily payers, payments from monthly customers and any expenses. It waits as pending until the office approves it; on approval the cash posts to the chosen account, the payments credit each customer and returned milk goes back into stock.
