Terms & Conditions
These are the terms on which Irsaal Software provides Irsaal. They are written plainly on purpose. Where a clause protects us, it says so; where it protects you, it says that too.
01 The agreement
These terms cover your use of Irsaal — the web panel, the rider mobile app, the customer app, the store front and the reports — together "the service". By opening an account you agree to them.
The person who signs up does so on behalf of their business, and confirms they are entitled to. Everything the account then does is that business's responsibility.
02 Your account
- You are responsible for every login you create and for keeping its password private.
- The person who signs up becomes the administrator, and may add, restrict and remove other users.
- Logins are for people, not for teams. Sharing one is how a business loses the ability to tell who did what.
- Tell us promptly if you think a login has been compromised.
Lost the mailbox you signed up with? Support can move a login to a new address once we have satisfied ourselves who you are. That is a deliberate manual step.
03 The free trial
New accounts start on a 14-day trial. Every feature is switched on during it — a trial that hides the useful half tells you nothing about whether the software fits.
- No payment details are taken to begin one.
- Nothing bills itself when the trial ends. It simply stops until you arrange to continue.
- We will tell you before it runs out.
- Nothing is deleted when a trial ends. Your data waits exactly as you left it.
04 Plans and payment
- Prices are shown on the pricing page and are in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions are paid in advance, for the period you choose.
- Where a plan carries a one-off setup charge, it appears on the first invoice and never again.
- Taxes are added where the law requires it.
- We may change our prices. An increase never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice.
Refunds. We do not generally refund a period already begun. If the service was unusable for a meaningful stretch through our fault, write to us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
05 Your data is yours
The records you enter — your customers, orders, invoices, rounds and reports — belong to you. We store and process them so the service works for you, and for no other purpose.
- We do not sell them.
- We do not share them with other businesses on the platform. Each account's data is separated at the database level.
- We do not use them to train anything.
- You may export them at any time while your account is open.
- You may ask us to delete them — see account deletion.
How this works in practice is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You are responsible for having the right to hold the customer information you put into the service, and for telling your own customers what you do with it. We give you the tools; the relationship with them is yours.
06 Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- Break the law, or help anybody else to.
- Send messages the recipient has not agreed to receive.
- Reach, or try to reach, data belonging to another business on the platform.
- Probe, scan or load-test the service without asking us first.
- Resell or white-label the service as your own without a written agreement.
- Upload anything malicious, or anything you have no right to.
We may suspend an account that does any of these. See section 11.
07 Availability and support
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. Planned maintenance is announced in advance wherever we can, and is scheduled outside delivery hours where we have a choice.
Support is by email and through the contact form, in business hours, in English and Urdu. Plans that include priority support say so on the pricing page.
08 The mobile apps
- Where your plan includes the rider app, there is no separate charge for the app itself. Riders and staff logins beyond the number your plan includes are charged monthly at the price your plan states.
- Riders sign in with logins you create for them, and see only their own round.
- Apps are updated through the app stores. We support the current version and the one before it.
- Where an app store's own terms apply to a download, they apply in addition to these.
09 The customer store front
If your plan includes the store front, you may publish a shop where your own customers order. What you publish there is yours: your prices, your delivery areas, your terms with them, and your responsibility.
- You are the seller in every transaction on your store front. We are not a party to it.
- You are responsible for fulfilling those orders and for handling any dispute.
- We may remove a store front that breaks section 6, after telling you why.
10 SMS, WhatsApp and email
Where your plan includes messaging, you are responsible for having consent to message the numbers and addresses you send to, and for complying with the rules of the network you send over. We may stop sending on an account that generates complaints.
11 Suspension
We may suspend an account if:
- Payment is overdue, and we have asked for it.
- It is being used in a way that breaks section 6.
- It is putting the service at risk for everybody else.
- The law requires it.
Except where the law or an immediate risk prevents it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right. A suspended account keeps its data — it simply cannot be opened.
12 Ending the agreement
You may stop at any time. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
- Export what you want to keep before you go. You can do this yourself from Reports.
- We keep your data for 30 days after an account closes, so a change of mind is not fatal.
- After that it is deleted, and cannot be recovered.
- You can ask us to delete it sooner — see account deletion.
We may end an account that breaches these terms, and will give you a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data first unless the breach makes that impossible.
13 Liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or loss of data caused by anything outside our reasonable control.
Where we are liable, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
14 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top says which version you are reading. If a change materially affects you we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email and in the panel. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept it; if you do not, you may stop, and we will refund any period you have paid for and not used.
15 Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with the courts of Daska having jurisdiction.
If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something on one occasion does not mean we have given it up.
