Why this page exists

A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to keep and hand back on the next request. We use very few of them, and this page lists all of them rather than describing them in general terms.

Cookies we cannot work without

These are set whether or not you agree to anything, because without them the software does not function. There is no way to use a signed-in account without them.

• Session cookie — keeps you signed in as you move between screens. It holds a random identifier and nothing else. It is removed when you sign out, and expires on its own if you stop using the panel.
• CSRF token — proves that a form was submitted from our own pages rather than by another site posting on your behalf. It lasts as long as the session.
• Remember-me cookie — set only if you tick "remember me" at sign-in, so that closing the browser does not sign you out.
• Theme and layout preferences — whether you chose the light or dark panel, and whether the sidebar is collapsed. Stored in your browser and never sent anywhere.

Cookies that are only there if you allow them

Analytics is off unless the operator of this install has switched it on. When it is on, it is used to count page views and understand which pages are read — never to build a profile of an individual, and never sold or shared for advertising.

Cookies we do not set

We run no advertising network, no retargeting pixel and no cross-site tracker on the product itself. Nothing inside a signed-in workspace is instrumented for marketing.

Refusing them

Every browser can block or delete cookies for a single site from its settings. Blocking the necessary ones listed above will leave the marketing site readable but will make signing in impossible, because there is nowhere for the session to live.

The rider app

The mobile apps do not use cookies. They hold a sign-in token in the phone's own secure storage, and it is destroyed when the rider signs out or the office revokes the device.
