Ice Delivery Management Software

What it does

Irsaal suits an ice round because ice rounds are fast, seasonal and almost entirely cash — three conditions under which a paper register falls apart quickest. Stock leaves in volume, the round turns over in hours, and the money comes back in a rider's pocket.

What ice & cold chain needs, specifically

Six capabilities that a ice & cold chain business depends on — and that general business software has no concept of.

Fast round entry

Three taps per stop — delivered, returned, paid — because an ice rider does not have time for a form.

Seasonal demand reporting

Consumption per route, week over week, so filling and staffing decisions for the next hot spell are based on the last one.

Cash-heavy collection control

A ledger per rider, closed at the end of each round, catching shortfalls the same day.

Per-route stock

What loaded, what sold, what came back — reconciled per round rather than per month.

Shop and household rates

Bulk shop customers and household customers on separate rates without manual discounting.

Returnable containers where used

If you deliver in returnable boxes or crates, they carry the same per-customer balance as any other returnable.

And everything else that comes with it

The ice & cold chain specifics above sit on top of the full platform — you do not buy a cut-down version because your round is a particular shape.

FAQ

Questions about ice & cold chain software

How does Irsaal manage delivery routes and riders?

Routes are named lists of customers in delivery order, each assigned to a rider for the day. The rider opens the round in the mobile app and works down the list, recording what was delivered, what was collected and what was paid at each stop. The office sees the round progress as it happens. At the end of the day the rider's cash, stock and bottle counts are closed off together, which is the point at which most shortfalls are caught — the same day, not at month end.

Does the rider app work without an internet connection?

Yes. The Irsaal rider app records deliveries, returns and cash collections offline and syncs them when a connection comes back. This is not a fallback mode — it is how the app is built, because a round through a basement, a rural stretch or a patchy area is normal in Pakistan and a delivery app that needs a live connection at every stop is one a rider stops using by the third day.

Can I see how much cash each rider is holding?

Yes. Each rider has their own cash ledger. Every payment collected on the round posts to it, and the ledger is closed when the rider hands cash in at the end of the day. The difference between what the round should have collected and what was actually handed in is shown per rider, per day — so a shortfall surfaces while everyone still remembers the stop it came from.

Does Irsaal handle rider attendance and pay?

Yes. Staff attendance is recorded and payroll runs from it, including wage bases that pay per delivery, per day or on a fixed salary. Rider advances and deductions post to the same ledger, so the amount a rider is owed at month end already accounts for what they drew during it.

How much does Irsaal cost?

Irsaal is priced from PKR 2,500 to PKR 24,500 a business a month, depending on the product and the tier — water delivery, LPG cylinders, milk shops and goods transport each have their own price list. Billing is monthly in PKR, yearly billing is available at a discount, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. Where a plan carries a one-time setup fee, the pricing page shows it beside the monthly price.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every Irsaal plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and it does not ask for a card. The trial is the full product, not a limited demo: you can load your real customer list, run real rounds and print real invoices during it. If you decide not to continue, the account simply stops and your data is held for 30 days in case you come back.

Are there any hidden charges or per-rider fees?

No hidden charges — everything a plan costs is stated on the pricing page. Each plan includes a set number of riders and staff logins; any beyond that are added per month at the per-rider or per-login price shown on the plan. A plan with onboarding carries a one-time setup fee, shown beside its price. There is no per-delivery charge, and no separate licence for the rider mobile app, which is included on every plan. The plans differ on how many routes, riders and staff logins they carry and which modules are switched on, and those limits are stated on the pricing page rather than discovered later.

Can I move my existing customer list into Irsaal?

Yes. Customers, opening balances, bottle balances and rates can be imported from a spreadsheet, which is how almost every business arrives — most water suppliers in Pakistan are running on an Excel file or a hand-written register when they start. If your file is messy, send it in and we will map it for you rather than making you reformat it first.
