Water delivery software in Oman

For 5-gallon suppliers in Oman

Irsaal is water delivery management software, open to suppliers in Oman since October 2026. It runs a 5-gallon round from one dashboard: customers and routes, riders with an app that works offline, every returnable bottle as a balance against the customer holding it, the deposit behind it, invoices in OMR and the cash each rider brings back. It is web-based, made by Irsaal Software in Pakistan, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that asks for no card.

Oman's rounds are long. Muscat alone runs along the coast from Seeb to Muttrah, and Sohar, Nizwa, Sur and Salalah are each a market of their own with hours of road between them — so a supplier with more than one town is really running several rounds that have to add up to one set of books.

14 days free, no card. Your account opens in OMR.

What a round in Oman gets out of it

The same six things every supplier needs, wherever the round is — and the ones that pay for themselves first.

Every 5-gallon bottle accounted for

Each customer carries a live bottle balance — delivered minus returned — so the bottles out across Oman are a number, not an estimate. The panel calls it the 19 litre bottle: the same 5-gallon (18.9 litre) bottle under its metric name.

Deposits that match the bottles

The refundable deposit sits against the bottles a customer holds. An account holding more than its deposit covers shows up long before it becomes a write-off, and a refund is worked out from what is actually returned.

Coupons and prepayment kept as money

A coupon book, or any payment in advance, is recorded as the customer's advance. Each delivery's bill is taken from it, and the ledger shows what is still held — in money, so it can never disagree with the paper coupons.

A rider app that works without signal

The rider records delivered, empties collected and cash taken at each stop — in a basement car park or a lift with no signal — and it syncs when the phone is back online. In English or Urdu, switched per rider.

Each rider's cash closed the same day

Everything a rider collects sits on their own ledger until it is handed over and the office approves it. A shortfall is a conversation that evening, not a surprise at the end of the month.

Villas, towers and contract accounts on their own terms

Households that pay at the door, offices and compounds invoiced weekly or monthly, and a price per customer where one was agreed — all on one customer ledger, so Irsaal never asks which kind of customer this one was.

What to know before you start in Oman

Irsaal is new to Oman. Here is exactly what you get there today, and what you do not — so the trial has no surprises in it.

Your currency, from the first screen

An account opened from the Gulf starts in its own currency — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR — in the office panel, in the rider app and on every invoice and receipt. Amounts are kept to two decimal places, so a dinar or rial price is entered to the nearest ten fils or baisa.

English in the office, English or Urdu on the round

The office panel is in English. The rider app runs in English or Urdu, switched per rider — which suits a round whose drivers read Urdu more easily than English. There is no Arabic interface yet.

Tax on the invoice, not e-invoicing

An order booked in the office can carry a tax rate, printed as a tax line beside your tax number. It does not file returns, and it is not an e-invoicing system: a business that must issue ZATCA (Fatoora) tax invoices in Saudi Arabia needs its accounting system for those.

Set up and supported from Pakistan

Irsaal is built by Irsaal Systems in Pakistan. Setup, training and support are remote — on WhatsApp and by phone, in English or Urdu — on Pakistan time, which is one hour ahead of the UAE and Oman and two ahead of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Alerts in your currency — WhatsApp, SMS and email

Delivery and payment alerts reach your customers on WhatsApp from your own business number, by SMS through a Twilio account of your own, or by email — every amount in your currency. WhatsApp only sends wording it has approved, so its alerts start once it has approved the message templates on your number; until then SMS and email carry them.

Priced and invoiced in your currency

Plans are shown and invoiced in your own currency — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR — converted from our price list in Pakistani rupees. The trial needs no card; before it ends we agree with you how the invoice is paid from your country.

Getting started from Oman

Nothing is installed and nobody needs to visit. The office panel opens in a browser, and setup happens with us on WhatsApp — it takes about an hour.

  1. Open the trial. Choose Oman on the form; your sign-up code arrives on WhatsApp.
  2. Enter your prices. The refill price and the bottle deposit, in OMR.
  3. Bring your customers across. Import the spreadsheet you already keep, with the bottles each one is holding.
  4. Count the bottles once. The opening balance per customer — the only part worth doing slowly.
  5. Add your routes and riders. Then send tomorrow's round out on it.

City by city in Oman

The software is the same everywhere. The shape of the round is not, so each of these pages says what is true of that city.

FAQ

Questions from Oman

What a supplier in Oman asks before starting.

Is there water delivery software for suppliers in Oman?

Yes. Irsaal has been open to businesses in Oman since October 2026. Oman's rounds are long. Muscat alone runs along the coast from Seeb to Muttrah, and Sohar, Nizwa, Sur and Salalah are each a market of their own with hours of road between them — so a supplier with more than one town is really running several rounds that have to add up to one set of books. An account opened from Oman starts in OMR and is set up remotely, on WhatsApp and by phone.

Does it handle 5-gallon bottles, deposits and coupon books?

Yes. Every returnable bottle is a balance against the customer holding it — the panel calls it the 19 litre bottle, which is the 5-gallon bottle under its metric name — and the refundable deposit is held against that count. A coupon book is recorded as a payment in advance: each delivery's bill is taken from it and the customer's ledger shows what is still held.

Which languages and currency does Irsaal use in Oman?

Invoices, customer ledgers and reports are in OMR (Omani Rial). The office panel is in English and the rider app in English or Urdu, switched per rider. There is no Arabic interface yet.

Does it handle VAT in Oman?

In part. VAT in Oman is 5%, and an order booked in the office can carry that rate as a tax line, printed on the invoice beside your tax number. Deliveries billed at the door from the rider app carry no tax line, and Irsaal does not file returns or produce e-invoices.

How is it priced and paid for from Oman?

Water Delivery plans: Starter at PKR 2,500 a month, Growth at PKR 3,000 a month and Business at PKR 4,000 a month. Prices are in Pakistani rupees and billed by invoice. The trial is 14 days and needs no card; before it ends we agree with you how the invoice is paid from Oman.
