Acceptable Use Policy

The principle

This is business software for delivery rounds. Almost everything a delivery business does is fine. The list below is short because it only covers the things that harm somebody else.

What is not allowed

• Sending messages to people who have not asked to hear from you. The WhatsApp and SMS features are for your own customers about their own deliveries, bills and balances. Bulk marketing to purchased lists is not permitted and will get the connected number blocked by the network long before we get involved.
• Storing data you have no right to hold — someone else's customer list, or personal records unrelated to running your round.
• Attempting to reach another business's workspace, or probing the platform for a way to do so. Report anything you find instead; see our security page.
• Reselling access under another name, or sharing one workspace between unrelated businesses. Staff logins are for your own staff.
• Automated traffic that degrades the service for other customers — scripted loops against the API, or scraping.
• Anything illegal under Pakistani law, including using the software to record or facilitate an unlicensed trade in LPG or any other regulated product.

What we do about it

In almost every case the first step is an email or a phone call, because almost every case is a misunderstanding. A workspace is suspended without notice only when leaving it running would harm another customer or break the law.

Your data if an account is closed

A suspended workspace is not deleted. Your records are kept for at least 30 days, and support will export them for you on request even while the account is closed. Deletion happens only when you ask for it — see Delete my account.
