Delete your account
You do not need to be signed in to ask, and you do not need the mailbox you signed up with. Fill this in and a person will deal with it.
What happens after you ask
We email you to confirm
A link goes to the address you give below. Clicking it deletes nothing — it only tells us the request is genuine, so that a form anybody can fill in cannot end somebody else's business records.
A person reads it
We check the request against the account, and reply within 7 days. If we cannot match it to an account we will write and ask, rather than guess.
A 14-day cooling-off period
Nothing is removed during it. A request made in anger, or by somebody who was not entitled to make it, can still be stopped — write to us and it is withdrawn.
Then it is deleted
Permanently, and it cannot be recovered. We will email you when it is done.
Export anything you need first. If you can still sign in, every report has a CSV and PDF export. Once the data is gone we cannot get it back — not for you, and not for anybody else who asks.
Only wanted to stop paying? A closed subscription keeps your data for 30 days and can be reopened. Talk to us first — deletion is not the only way out.
