Water delivery software in Sharjah
Irsaal is water delivery management software, open to suppliers in the UAE since October 2026. It runs a 5-gallon round from one dashboard: customers and routes, riders with an app that works offline, every returnable bottle as a balance against the customer holding it, the deposit behind it, invoices in AED and the cash each rider brings back. It is web-based, made by Irsaal Software in Pakistan, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that asks for no card.
Sharjah's rounds run into Ajman on one side and Dubai on the other, mix family flats with the industrial areas, and sell a good deal of water through small groceries that take bottles in bulk and send the empties back irregularly — the case a running empties balance per customer was built for.
14 days free, no card. Your account opens in AED.
What a round in Sharjah gets out of it
The same six things every supplier needs, wherever the round is — and the ones that pay for themselves first.
Every 5-gallon bottle accounted for
Each customer carries a live bottle balance — delivered minus returned — so the bottles out across Sharjah are a number, not an estimate. The panel calls it the 19 litre bottle: the same 5-gallon (18.9 litre) bottle under its metric name.
Deposits that match the bottles
The refundable deposit sits against the bottles a customer holds. An account holding more than its deposit covers shows up long before it becomes a write-off, and a refund is worked out from what is actually returned.
Coupons and prepayment kept as money
A coupon book, or any payment in advance, is recorded as the customer's advance. Each delivery's bill is taken from it, and the ledger shows what is still held — in money, so it can never disagree with the paper coupons.
A rider app that works without signal
The rider records delivered, empties collected and cash taken at each stop — in a basement car park or a lift with no signal — and it syncs when the phone is back online. In English or Urdu, switched per rider.
Each rider's cash closed the same day
Everything a rider collects sits on their own ledger until it is handed over and the office approves it. A shortfall is a conversation that evening, not a surprise at the end of the month.
Villas, towers and contract accounts on their own terms
Households that pay at the door, offices and compounds invoiced weekly or monthly, and a price per customer where one was agreed — all on one customer ledger, so Irsaal never asks which kind of customer this one was.
What to know before you start in Sharjah
Irsaal is new to the UAE. Here is exactly what you get there today, and what you do not — so the trial has no surprises in it.
Your currency, from the first screen
An account opened from the Gulf starts in its own currency — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR — in the office panel, in the rider app and on every invoice and receipt. Amounts are kept to two decimal places, so a dinar or rial price is entered to the nearest ten fils or baisa.
English in the office, English or Urdu on the round
The office panel is in English. The rider app runs in English or Urdu, switched per rider — which suits a round whose drivers read Urdu more easily than English. There is no Arabic interface yet.
Tax on the invoice, not e-invoicing
An order booked in the office can carry a tax rate, printed as a tax line beside your tax number. It does not file returns, and it is not an e-invoicing system: a business that must issue ZATCA (Fatoora) tax invoices in Saudi Arabia needs its accounting system for those.
Set up and supported from Pakistan
Irsaal is built by Irsaal Systems in Pakistan. Setup, training and support are remote — on WhatsApp and by phone, in English or Urdu — on Pakistan time, which is one hour ahead of the UAE and Oman and two ahead of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.
Alerts in your currency — WhatsApp, SMS and email
Delivery and payment alerts reach your customers on WhatsApp from your own business number, by SMS through a Twilio account of your own, or by email — every amount in your currency. WhatsApp only sends wording it has approved, so its alerts start once it has approved the message templates on your number; until then SMS and email carry them.
Priced and invoiced in your currency
Plans are shown and invoiced in your own currency — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR — converted from our price list in Pakistani rupees. The trial needs no card; before it ends we agree with you how the invoice is paid from your country.
Getting started from Sharjah
Nothing is installed and nobody needs to visit. The office panel opens in a browser, and setup happens with us on WhatsApp — it takes about an hour.
- Open the trial. Choose UAE on the form; your sign-up code arrives on WhatsApp.
- Enter your prices. The refill price and the bottle deposit, in AED.
- Bring your customers across. Import the spreadsheet you already keep, with the bottles each one is holding.
- Count the bottles once. The opening balance per customer — the only part worth doing slowly.
- Add your routes and riders. Then send tomorrow's round out on it.
Also in the UAE
The software is the same everywhere. The shape of the round is not, so each of these pages says what is true of that city.
Questions from Sharjah
What a supplier in Sharjah asks before starting.
Is Irsaal suitable for a water supplier in Sharjah?
Yes — Irsaal has been open to businesses in the UAE since October 2026, Sharjah included. Sharjah's rounds run into Ajman on one side and Dubai on the other, mix family flats with the industrial areas, and sell a good deal of water through small groceries that take bottles in bulk and send the empties back irregularly — the case a running empties balance per customer was built for. The account runs in AED, with an office panel in English and a rider app in English or Urdu.
Do I need anybody on site in Sharjah to set it up?
No. Irsaal is web-based: the office panel opens in a browser and the rider app runs on the Android phones your riders already carry. Setup, training and support are remote, on WhatsApp and by phone, in English or Urdu. We are in Pakistan, which is one hour ahead of Sharjah.
How quickly can a supplier in Sharjah start?
Usually the next morning. A working account takes about an hour — your prices and deposit, your customers imported from the spreadsheet you already keep, your routes and your riders. The slow part, and the one worth doing carefully, is counting how many bottles each customer is holding today. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is asked for.
Does it handle 5-gallon bottle deposits and coupon books in Sharjah?
Yes. The refundable deposit is held against the bottles each customer keeps, and a coupon book is recorded as a payment in advance that each delivery's bill is taken from — so both the bottles out and the money held ahead are on the customer's ledger, in AED.
