What we shipped, and when

Every release, in the order it went out. The panel and the website on one tab, the rider and customer apps on the other.

v1.11.0 Feature

Milk shop: packaging for each milk, with the number of packs

A customer's packs are now set under each milk — cow, buffalo, goat — with a box beside every pack size for how many: 8 of 0.5 L and 20 of 1 L is 24 L, and that is what the rider is sent. The customers list shows each customer's Serial No. in a column of its own.

New
  • Milk shop: packaging under each milk on Add / Edit Customer. The cow milk can go out in 0.5 L packs and the buffalo in 1 L packs, for the same customer
  • Milk shop: how many packs of each size. Type 8 beside 0.5 L and 20 beside 1 L and the litres fill in by themselves — 24 L. A customer of both rounds has a box for the morning and one for the evening
Improved
  • Milk shop: Rider Dispatch packs each milk as it was typed on the customer. On a day the customer takes a different quantity, that day's litres are made up from the same pack sizes
  • Milk shop: the customers list has a Sr. No. column — the customer's place on their rider's route — at the start of every row
v1.10.0 Feature

Milk shop: rounds loaded area by area, and milk in more than one size of pack

Loading a round is now a matter of ticking the areas it is for — every customer of a ticked area goes on it. And a customer's milk can go out in more than one size of pack: 2.5 L as two 1 L packs and a half-litre one. Rider Dispatch says how many packs of each size to prepare, for each kind of milk.

New
  • Milk shop: Load Round lists a rider's customers by Area / Route. Tick an area and every customer in it is on the round; open an area to tick customers one at a time. A customer who takes no milk today is taken off with No Delivery, as before
  • Milk shop: more than one pack for a customer. On Add / Edit Customer tick every pack size their milk goes out in, and the form shows what each milk comes to — 2.5 L with 1 L and 0.5 L ticked is two 1 L packs and a half-litre one
  • Milk shop: Rider Dispatch shows the packs to prepare for each kind of milk — cow, buffalo, goat — size by size: for the whole shift at the top of the page, under each rider, and on the dispatch sheet for the customers ticked
Improved
  • Milk shop: litres that are not a whole number of one pack are made up from two — 1.5 L is a 1 L pack and a half-litre one, no longer three halves
  • Milk shop: on the dispatch sheet a customer's packaging opens on "Usual packs" and is only changed for the customers you change it for; the sheet works on a phone, with the list no longer squeezed between the heading and the buttons
  • Milk shop: Import Data → Customers takes more than one pack in pack_size, joined with a plus: 1+0.5
  • Milk shop: a customer sent out loose on purpose stays loose when their quantity is changed for the day
v1.9.0 Feature

Water and LPG: a rider on leave, and another rider on their round until they are back

When a rider is on leave, their round can now be given to another rider for those days. The covering rider's app shows both rounds side by side, nobody is reassigned, and every customer is back with their own rider the day the cover ends. A fault that stopped the New Production Batch page from opening is fixed.

New
  • Water and LPG: Rider Leave Cover. On System ? Riders press Cover beside the rider who is away, choose the rider who takes over and the dates. For those days that rider's app shows the away rider's customers, booked orders and scheduled stops beside their own
  • Water and LPG: nobody is reassigned for a cover — when its last day passes, or you press End cover, every customer is with their own rider again
  • Water and LPG: a Leave cover list on the Riders page — whose round is with whom, and until when
  • Water and LPG: a permission of its own in Roles & Permissions, "Cover a rider on leave", and a Rider Leave Cover switch in Settings ? Modules for a business that does not use it
  • Water and LPG: Rider Leave Cover. On System → Riders press Leave cover, and choose the rider who is away, the rider who takes over and the dates. For those days that rider's app shows the away rider's customers, booked orders and scheduled stops beside their own
  • Water and LPG: a permission of its own in Roles & Permissions, "Cover a rider on leave", and a Rider Leave Cover switch in Settings → Modules for a business that does not use it
Improved
  • Water and LPG: an order booked for a rider who is on leave also alerts the rider covering their round
  • Water and LPG: what a covering rider delivers and collects is on that rider's own ledger, so the cash is counted with the person holding it
Fixed
  • Water and LPG: Production ? New Batch answered "500 Server Error" and could not be opened. It opens, and its date is filled in with today
  • Water and LPG: Production → New Batch answered "500 Server Error" and could not be opened. It opens, and its date is filled in with today
  • LPG: a module switched off in Settings → Modules now closes its pages and takes its buttons off every screen, and one switched on — Swap Their Cylinders For Yours, Plant Return Tracking — now shows them. Before, the switch only changed the menu
  • LPG: an agency with a second branch could not open its Dashboard, Inventory, Products or Stock Transfers, and Stock Transfers was missing from the menu. All of them open, and each product shows the branch's count beside the company-wide total
  • LPG: Reports → Product Sales & Stock, and Lookup on a new Purchase Return, showed a server error. Both work
  • Water and LPG: with Security Deposits switched off, the Deposit and Refund buttons on a customer and View Wallets on the dashboard are no longer shown
  • Milk shop: Pay and Terminate on the Employees list did nothing for an employee whose name has an apostrophe in it
v1.8.0 Feature

Milk shop: customers in serial order, riders loaded in rounds, milk in packs — and orders for a date, a quantity for each weekday, and deliveries every few days

A dairy can now number each rider's customers in the order they are visited, load a shift onto a rider one round at a time instead of all at once, and send milk out in packs of its own sizes. It can also take an order for milk or a product on a particular date, give a customer a different quantity on different weekdays, and deliver every third or fourth day. Each is a switch under Settings ? Modules.

New
  • Milk shop: Milk Packaging (Settings ? Modules). Add your pack sizes, choose the pack for each customer on Rider Dispatch, and the screen adds up how many packs of each size to prepare
  • Milk shop: Undo Round takes the last round loaded back off a rider, as long as the rider has not reached its customers
  • Milk shop: Scheduled Orders (Settings ? Modules). A customer rings and asks for milk or a product on a date — save it, and on that date it is on the rider's dispatch sheet by itself, on top of whatever the customer usually takes. A customer who takes nothing regularly can be saved as "Only on order"
  • Milk shop: Different Quantity on Each Weekday (Settings ? Modules). A customer can take 6 L on Thursday and 8 L on Sunday; dispatch, the stock sheet and the bill use that day's litres
  • Milk shop: Delivery Every Few Days (Settings ? Modules). A customer can take milk every third or fourth day — the 1st, the 4th, the 7th — from a first delivery date
  • Milk shop: WhatsApp — a Scheduled order confirmation for the customer (Profile ? WhatsApp): the date, the round, what was ordered and the note, when an order is saved and again if it changes
  • Milk shop: a Serial No. for every customer — the order their rider visits them in. Set it on the customer, or open Riders → Customer Order and drag a whole route into order at once
  • Milk shop: Delivery Rounds (Settings → Modules). Load Round 1 for the first customers and the litres going out, and Round 2 when the rider is back — type what the bike carries and the customers that fit are ticked for you
  • Milk shop: Milk Packaging (Settings → Modules). Add your pack sizes, choose the pack for each customer on Rider Dispatch, and the screen adds up how many packs of each size to prepare
  • Milk shop: Scheduled Orders (Settings → Modules). A customer rings and asks for milk or a product on a date — save it, and on that date it is on the rider's dispatch sheet by itself, on top of whatever the customer usually takes. A customer who takes nothing regularly can be saved as "Only on order"
  • Milk shop: Different Quantity on Each Weekday (Settings → Modules). A customer can take 6 L on Thursday and 8 L on Sunday; dispatch, the stock sheet and the bill use that day's litres
  • Milk shop: Delivery Every Few Days (Settings → Modules). A customer can take milk every third or fourth day — the 1st, the 4th, the 7th — from a first delivery date
  • Milk shop: WhatsApp — a Scheduled order confirmation for the customer (Profile → WhatsApp): the date, the round, what was ordered and the note, when an order is saved and again if it changes
Improved
  • Milk shop: Rider Dispatch, the rider portal and a round's review list customers in serial order, with the round each went out on and the packs sent, delivered and returned
  • Milk shop: Import Data ? Customers carries the Serial No., the usual pack while Milk Packaging is on, and the gap of "every few days" while that is on
  • Milk shop: Rider Dispatch lists the orders customers placed for the date before the bike is loaded, and Milk Forecast and the stock sheet count them
  • Milk shop: Import Data → Customers carries the Serial No., the usual pack while Milk Packaging is on, and the gap of "every few days" while that is on
v1.7.0 Feature

Open to the Gulf, Continue with Google, and a rider's missed days handed over by the office

Businesses in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman can now open an account, in their own currency. Anyone can sign in or sign up with Google. And a day a rider never handed over — or one the office forgot to approve — is no longer lost: the office can record it and approve any past date.

New
  • Sign-up from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman: pick the country by its flag, enter a local mobile number, and the account opens in that country's currency and time zone
  • Continue with Google on the sign-in and sign-up pages: sign in with the Google account whose email is on your login, or start a trial without choosing a password
  • Rider Ledger (water delivery and LPG): a Not Handed Over list of every past day a rider took money or empties and never submitted, with how much is still on their name
  • Hand over for the rider: the office records the cash and empties it actually received for a day the rider could not submit, then approves it like any other
  • Pages for the Gulf: what a 5-gallon water round or an LPG cylinder round needs in each country, and what to know before starting — currency, languages, tax and support
  • Eight new articles on the blog for suppliers in the Gulf: choosing software, bottle deposits and coupon books, a driver's daily cash, planning for summer
  • Plans in your own currency: a business in the Gulf sees the price list, its account and its invoices in dirhams, riyals, dinars or rials, and the price list can be read in any of them
Improved
  • A day handed over and never approved says how long it has waited, and any past date can be opened, checked and approved or returned
  • A rider can submit a missed day up to a year back; it was sixty days
  • A rider whose company's plan has lapsed can still open the ledger and hand in what they hold
  • The business's own currency on every screen of the water and LPG panels, in field labels, and in the standard wording of SMS and email alerts
  • A new milk shop or transport company opens in the currency and time zone of its country
  • The rider app closes on the day a trial or a paid term runs out, as the panel always has, and opens again as soon as the plan is renewed
Fixed
  • LPG: the panel wrote "Rs." beside every amount whatever currency symbol was saved in Settings
  • The totals on the order, refill, sale and purchase forms said "Rs." whatever the business's currency
  • Addresses typed with www., or ending in a slash, opened a "not found" page
v1.6.0 Feature

Customers who pay in advance, the advance handed back, and reports that keep its books

Some customers pay ahead so they are not asked for money at every visit. A payment above what they owe is now kept as their advance, their next bills are taken from it, it can be refunded when they ask or leave, and every report says what is owed and what is held for them — never one figure netted from the other. Water delivery, LPG and the milk shop alike.

New
  • Advance payments: Rs 1,000 paid against Rs 500 owed leaves Rs 500 in advance, and Rs 5,000 paid with nothing owed leaves Rs 5,000 — the next orders, refills and deliveries charged to the account are taken from it until it is used up (water delivery, LPG and the milk shop)
  • Customer ledgers show Balance Due and Advance in columns of their own, and a bill paid out of the advance says so
  • Refund Advance: hand a customer's advance back from their page — out of the cash or bank account, never more than is held — or as part of closing their account; it has a permission of its own
  • Customer Balances Report (water delivery and LPG): who owes you and how much, and who has paid in advance and how much is left, by customer and by route
  • Refund Advance: hand a customer's advance back from their page — out of the cash or bank account, never more than is held — or as part of closing their account; it has a permission of its own
  • Advance payments: Rs 1,000 paid against Rs 500 owed leaves Rs 500 in advance, and Rs 5,000 paid with nothing owed leaves Rs 5,000 — the next orders, refills and deliveries charged to the account are taken from it until it is used up (water delivery, LPG and the milk shop)
  • Refund Advance: hand a customer's advance back from their page — out of the cash or bank account, never more than is held — or as part of closing their account; it has a permission of its own
Improved
  • Transactions Report: how much of the money in was advance, what was refunded, what customers owe and what is held for them (all three products)
  • Orders and Deliveries reports: a bill the advance paid shows under From Advance instead of as outstanding, and money over the bill is shown on its own
  • Revenue Report: advances received and refunded are stated as held, not earned
  • Milk shop: the Customer-wise and Accounts reports split Balance Due from Advance
  • Invoices, printed and shared, say "Paid from advance" and ask the customer for nothing when the advance covers the bill
  • A closed account is not marked settled while the customer's advance is still with you
Fixed
  • Money handed over above the bill at the door reached the till but not the customer's account — it is now their advance
  • Milk shop: photos of customers' homes, product pictures and the shop logo did not show on some hosts — they now do, and older ones are moved across by themselves
  • Milk shop: ticking a delivery weekday on Add Customer threw the page into a blank white screen
  • Riders' "total receivable" no longer nets one customer's advance against another customer's debt
  • Money handed over above the bill at the door reached the till but not the customer's account — it is now their advance
  • Milk shop: photos of customers' homes, product pictures and the shop logo did not show on some hosts — they now do, and older ones are moved across by themselves
  • Money handed over above the bill at the door reached the till but not the customer's account — it is now their advance
  • Milk shop: photos of customers' homes, product pictures and the shop logo did not show on some hosts — they now do, and older ones are moved across by themselves
v1.5.0 Feature

The dairy on WhatsApp, products on every milk customer, and new customers signed up by riders

A milk shop connects its own WhatsApp number and chooses which messages go out; a customer can take butter, yoghurt or eggs with their milk, on days of their own; and riders can sign new customers up on the road and hand them milk there and then — each one checked, corrected if need be, and made a customer by the office when it approves the round.

New
  • Milk shop: WhatsApp from your own number (Profile → WhatsApp), connected the way a water or LPG business connects — a welcome for every new customer, no-delivery notices, the rider's dispatch, the rider ledger approved or sent back, supplier messages, counter sale and return receipts, and low-stock and "round submitted" alerts to the owner
  • Milk shop: messages from the rider at the gate — delivered, delivered with payment, could not be delivered, and payment receipts (rider app 2.13.0)
  • Milk shop: a customer can take products besides milk — with the milk's delivery time and days, or their own — and dispatch sends the ones due that day with the rider
  • Milk shop: No Delivery can take off only the milk, only the products, or both, for a day or a stretch of days
  • Milk shop: riders can add new customers from the rider app (Settings → Modules → Rider → New Customer) and hand them milk from the round there and then; each one becomes a customer — marked with the rider who added them — when you approve the round
  • Milk shop: Customers → Added by Riders lists every customer riders added, and approves the ones signed up with no round open
Improved
  • Milk shop: correct a rider's round before approving it instead of sending it back — what a door took, a payment, the spoiled milk, the cash not linked to a customer, and every new customer the rider added (or match one to a customer you already have)
  • Store fronts publish free at the business's own name on the platform's store domain; a business's own domain is set up by Irsaal Customer Care
  • Milk shop: Profit & Loss counts a new customer you keep as a one-off sale, at what they paid
Fixed
  • A milk shop or an LPG distributor connecting WhatsApp comes back to its own settings after Meta, not to a page that could not be found
  • Milk shop: the No Delivery sheet's Save button and the Add Unit of Measure form could stay greyed out in some browsers — both work again
  • Milk shop: pressing Approve twice on a rider's round posts it once, and a round already approved can no longer be sent back
v1.4.0 Feature

Goods transport joins Irsaal — bilties, loading challans and station-to-station tracking

A fourth product, for goods forwarders who book consignments at one office and hand them over at another: the bilty counter, loading challans, receiving, the delivery desk, To-Pay freight, a cash book per station and the accounts between stations — with a tracking page and a website at the company's own address.

New
  • Goods Transport — book a consignment on a bilty at the counter, with sender, receiver, goods lines, freight and charges, Paid or To-Pay, printed in sender, goods and office copies with a tracking QR code
  • Goods Transport — loading challans: hire a vehicle, load the bilties going its way, record the driver's kiraya and advance, and dispatch; the far station unloads it bilty by bilty and pays the driver's balance
  • Goods Transport — the delivery desk: find a bilty by number, collect any To-Pay freight and hand the goods over, or send them out with a rider
  • Goods Transport — a cash book per station, and inter-station accounts that keep track of what one station collected or paid for another until the two settle
  • Goods Transport — SMS and WhatsApp alerts to the sender and the receiver at booking, departure, arrival and delivery, through the company's own gateway, each with a link to its tracking page
  • Goods Transport — riders pick goods up from senders and deliver to receivers' doors from the web Rider Portal, collecting To-Pay into a daily ledger the office approves
  • Goods Transport — a company website with online booking requests, door pickup, the stations list and the rate card, and customer accounts that list every bilty sent or received
  • Goods Transport — build the website yourself: twelve colour schemes with every colour, font and corner changeable, a homepage made of sections (a banner slider with the tracking box, services, a freight calculator, reviews, a gallery, questions and answers, a map) and pages with pictures and formatted text
  • Choose Goods Transport on the sign-up form for a free trial that starts with your first station already made from your city
Improved
  • A transport company's own address answers with its website once it is published, or with its page and a box to track a bilty until then
  • Pricing has a Goods Transport price list, sold by the number of stations
  • The delivery record a customer opens from a shared Live Tracking link is redesigned, in the business's own name and logo — water, LPG and milk
Fixed
  • A record opened from an address — a customer, an order, a bilty — is looked up inside your own business before anything else is read, on every product and in the rider app
  • Your store front's pages and blog posts keep their formatting but lose any script pasted into them, when they are saved and again when they are shown
  • LPG: the Getting Started buttons and guided tour open the LPG screens, and Reports → Cylinder Reconciliation opens the LPG report — both used to lead to a page that could not be found
v1.3.0 Feature

Sale returns, products on the milk round, receipts straight to the printer, and the whole balance on every bill

Take goods back at the dairy counter, send butter and yogurt out with the milk, cost your own milk, print counter receipts straight to the thermal printer, and hand every customer a bill that says what they owe in total — plus a rider's day on one A4 sheet for water and LPG.

New
  • Dairy — Sale Returns: take back what was handed over by mistake or brought back, refund it from the right account, and put it back on the shelf or write it off. Every report nets it out
  • Dairy — Add Product on Rider Dispatch: send any product with the milk to the customers you choose. They are billed only for what they took, and what comes back goes back on the shelf. Switch it off in Settings → Modules
  • Dairy — buy products in the sizes you sell them in (500 g, 1 kg), with the stock counted in the product's own unit
  • Dairy — a cost price for your own milk, per farm or per kind of milk, so Profit & Loss shows what it really costs (Settings → Modules → Own Milk Cost Price)
  • Dairy — Sale Return and Product Delivery reports; Profit & Loss now shows returns, products delivered and own-milk cost
  • Water and LPG — print a rider's day on one A4 sheet: deliveries, payments taken, expenses, customer balances and the cash to hand over
  • Dairy — Print Agent 2.0: every counter receipt goes straight to the thermal printer, with no print dialog. Download it from Settings → Thermal Receipt and pick your printer from its list — USB, network or shared, no IP address needed
Improved
  • Every bill a rider prints or shares shows the customer's previous balance and the total outstanding, not just this bill
  • Daily Milk Stock shows cow, buffalo and goat milk separately, for each shift and for the whole day
  • Loyalty points are earned on what customers pay for, not on refundable bottle or cylinder deposits
Fixed
  • A dairy round dispatched after midnight is dated by the shop's own clock — a morning round at 1:21 AM belongs to that day, not the day before
  • The dairy counter's Complete Sale button stays on screen however long the basket gets
  • The own-milk quantity box on Daily Milk Stock no longer disappears when unit conversion is on
  • Dairy receipts printed from the browser are as wide as the roll instead of a whole A4 page, show each rate with its unit (1 g × Rs 380/kg) and no longer round paisa down to Rs 0
v1.2.0 Feature

Expenses from the round, corrected in the office

Riders can now record what they spend on the round — fuel, a puncture, tea — and it comes off the cash they hand in. Only the office can change or remove an entry.

New
  • Expenses filed from the rider app appear on the Expenses screen with an App badge
  • A payment method on every expense, so you can see at a glance what came out of a rider's cash and what did not
  • A hand-over now shows what was collected, what was spent and what is owed, instead of one figure with no explanation
Improved
  • Correcting a rider's expense reverses the original account posting before writing the new one, so the rider float always adds up
  • A day that is already handed in is closed to new expenses — nobody can quietly change a figure the office has signed off
Fixed
  • A security deposit is no longer added to a delivery invoice every time a customer keeps a bottle. Deposits are an office matter by default; if you would rather your riders take them at the door, there is now a switch for it in Settings → Pricing Rules
v1.1.0 Feature

WhatsApp to your own customers, from your own number

Connect your WhatsApp number once in Settings and the messages your customers already expect — the delivery, the order, the payment receipt — go out from you, not from us.

New
  • Connect your WhatsApp number in Settings, verify it with a six-digit code, and you are live
  • Choose which events send a message: delivery, order, refill order, order booking and a payment added to the ledger
  • Write your own wording for each of those events
  • Message bundles with a clear allowance, and a usage bar in your profile menu that shows how much of it you have used
  • A Payments section showing every payment you have made, the method and the account it went to, with a printable receipt
  • An Account ID and a Support PIN in your profile menu, so we can find your account when you call
Improved
  • Automatic email on sign-up, on suspension and when a trial is about to expire
v1.0.0 Major

The platform goes multi-business

One install now serves every water delivery business on it, each with its own separated data, its own logins and its own trial.

New
  • Sign up for your own account with a 14-day trial — no card, every feature switched on
  • A public changelog, so you can see what changed and when
  • An account deletion request form that works without signing in
  • Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions rewritten to be read rather than got past
Improved
  • Pricing is now driven from real plans, with a yearly option and a side-by-side comparison
  • The navigation bar gets out of the way as you scroll down and comes back as you scroll up

Every one of these is already in your account

Updates go out to everybody at once. There is nothing to install, nothing to pay for, and no version of the panel that gets left behind.
