Cancellation & Downgrade

Leaving, pausing, or moving to a smaller plan.

Last updated 5 September 2026

Cancelling

Tell support you want to stop. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no form to find. The account stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops renewing.

Downgrading

Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period, not immediately — you keep what you paid for until it runs out. Ask from My account → Upgrade plan, or tell support.

A smaller plan may include fewer sections and lower caps. Nothing is deleted when a section is closed: the screens stop opening, and everything in them is exactly where you left it if you move back up. If a cap is now lower than what you already have — more riders than the plan allows, say — the existing ones keep working and you cannot add another until you are under the cap again.

Pausing

Seasonal businesses can put an account on hold rather than cancel it. Ask support. A held account cannot be signed into and is not billed, and everything in it is waiting when you come back.

Taking your data with you

Do this before you go, while you can still sign in. Every list in the panel — customers, deliveries, invoices, payments, ledgers, stock — exports to a spreadsheet from its own screen, and every report exports the same way. Support will produce a full export for you on request at no charge.

What happens to the records

A cancelled workspace is kept for at least 30 days so that a business that comes back finds its round where it left it. After that it may be purged. If you want it gone sooner, ask on the account deletion page — that request has a 14-day cooling-off window and then destroys the data for good.

Refunds

See the refund policy. In short: a period that has already begun is not usually refunded, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about the money.
