LPG Cylinder Delivery Software
Irsaal handles an LPG round as what it is: an exchange business, not a sales business. The cylinder is yours, it is expensive, and it comes back — so the record that matters is the swap and the deposit behind it, not the invoice line. Every cylinder is tracked as a balance against the customer holding it.
What lpg & cylinder delivery needs, specifically
Six capabilities that a lpg & cylinder delivery business depends on — and that general business software has no concept of.
Cylinder balance per customer
Full out, empty in, tracked per customer, so the fleet of cylinders in circulation is countable at any moment.
Deposits against high-value assets
A cylinder deposit is a much larger number than a bottle deposit, which makes reconciling it against the actual holding correspondingly more valuable.
Refill exchange recorded at the stop
The swap is the event. The rider records it on the phone at the customer, offline if needed, rather than reconstructing it at the depot.
A rate for every size
Domestic and commercial cylinders carry their own refill and deposit rates through rate cards, and each customer is billed at theirs.
Gas and accessories as products
Regulators, hoses and gas sold by weight are catalogue products, priced per piece or per kilogram alongside the per-cylinder refill.
Route and rider control
Named routes, assigned riders, a closing cash ledger per round — the same discipline as a water round, on higher-value stock.
And everything else that comes with it
The lpg & cylinder delivery specifics above sit on top of the full platform — you do not buy a cut-down version because your round is a particular shape.
- Purchasing, supplier ledgers and supplier payments
- Inventory with stock movements and returns
- Expenses by category, and staff payroll from recorded attendance
- A customer-facing online storefront, if you want one
- WhatsApp notifications for orders, deliveries and payments

Questions about lpg & cylinder delivery software
How does billing work for customers who pay monthly?
Irsaal writes an invoice at every delivery, at that customer's own rate — a customer on 30 rupees a bottle and a customer on 45 are billed correctly without anybody remembering the difference — and whatever is not paid at the door goes on their ledger. An office or shop that settles weekly or monthly is put on a payment plan: the software reminds whoever is on the system on the day it falls due, and the payment is recorded against the balance. Invoices can be printed or shared as a link, and every customer's outstanding balance is on the customer list, so the office knows who to chase before the amount grows past the deposit.
Can different customers have different rates?
Yes. Rates are set per customer and per product, and can also be set per route. This matters more than it sounds: most water suppliers in Pakistan quietly run three or four price tiers — households, offices, shops and a few legacy customers on an old rate — and in a spreadsheet those tiers are exactly where billing errors come from.
Does Irsaal support subscriptions and recurring deliveries?
Yes. A customer can be put on a repeating schedule — a fixed quantity on set days — and the round is generated from those schedules automatically. Skipped days, quantity changes and holidays are recorded against the schedule, so the month's bill reflects what was actually delivered rather than what was planned.
Is there software for an LPG gas agency or distributor?
Yes. Irsaal for LPG Cylinder Delivery runs a gas round: customers, routes and riders, full and empty cylinders counted wherever they are, refills handled as an exchange, a security deposit held against every cylinder a customer keeps, weekly or monthly payment plans and recovery, and a rider app that works offline and prints a Bluetooth receipt.
How does Irsaal track LPG cylinders?
By where they are and by customer. Every cylinder delivered and every empty collected is recorded at the door, so each customer has a running cylinder balance and the agency sees its full and empty stock — in the warehouse, at the plant, with customers and with riders — at any moment. Domestic and commercial cylinders are priced with their own rate cards.
How are LPG refills and security deposits handled?
A refill is an exchange — a full cylinder out, an empty one back — not a sale of a cylinder. The deposit taken when a customer first receives a cylinder is held against their balance, so the agency can see who holds more cylinders than their deposit covers.
Can restaurants and shops buying LPG pay monthly?
Yes. Commercial customers carry their own rate and cylinder balance, take cylinders on credit, and settle weekly or monthly on a payment plan, while household customers pay per refill at the door.
