What is included in every plan?
- Every update. New features reach every account the day they ship. There is nothing to install.
- Support in English and Urdu, by email, phone and WhatsApp, and through the complaint desk inside the software.
- Staff logins with permissions — you decide, section by section, what each login can open. The number of logins depends on the plan.
- Your own private workspace. No other business on Irsaal can see your data.
- Exports. Reports export to PDF, Excel and CSV whenever you want them.
Are WhatsApp messages included?
WhatsApp messages the software sends for you — delivery and payment alerts to your customers — are bought separately from the software plan, as a monthly bundle. A small round that messages every delivery sends more than a large one that messages nothing, so the two are priced apart. The bundles on sale today:
- Starter Messages — free, 10 messages a month. Enough to see it working on a real round.
- Round — PKR 2,000 a month, 400 messages a month. One round, texting every delivery and every payment.
- Route — PKR 3,500 a month, 700 messages a month. Several routes, a few hundred customers.
- City — PKR 8,500 a month, 1,800 messages a month. A whole city, and no counting.
How do I pay for Irsaal?
- Choose a plan. Open the profile menu — your name, at the top right of the panel — and press Upgrade plan. On the Choose a plan screen, press Monthly or Yearly on the plan you want. This raises an invoice — nothing changes until it is paid.
- Open the invoice. Go to the profile menu → Payments and open the invoice. The Where to send it box lists the bank and mobile-wallet accounts to pay into.
- Pay by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash.
- Tell us you have paid. On the same invoice, fill in How you paid, Which account you paid into, the Transaction reference from your slip, and optionally attach the Payment slip (a photo or PDF up to 4 MB). Press Submit.
- We confirm it. The invoice shows We are checking it until the payment is confirmed — usually within a working day — and then your plan is switched on.
Renewals work the same way. The next period's invoice is raised 7 days before your paid time runs out, so there is time to pay it before anything stops. More in Irsaal free trial, subscription and renewal explained.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
There is no contract and no notice period: you can stop at the end of any paid period. Whether a plan carries a one-time setup fee is shown on the price list above and on the pricing page — where there is one, it is printed beside the monthly price, and it is charged once.

Is there a free trial of Irsaal?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of the full product. No card is asked for, and nothing bills itself when it ends.
Is it cheaper to pay yearly?
Plans that have a yearly price can be paid for a year at once, and the saving is shown on each plan on the pricing page and on the Choose a plan screen. On the price lists on sale today, paying yearly saves up to 17% on water delivery plans and up to 17% on LPG plans.
Which plan includes the rider mobile app?
For water delivery, the rider app is on every plan. For LPG cylinder delivery, it is on every plan. There is no separate licence or per-phone charge for the app on a plan that includes it.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Open the profile menu (your name, top right) → Upgrade plan, choose the new plan and pay its invoice. Everything already in your account stays exactly as it is.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash, into the accounts listed on your invoice. After paying, enter the transaction reference on the invoice and we confirm it, usually within a working day.
