LPG cylinder delivery software in the UAE

For gas distributors in the UAE

Irsaal for LPG Cylinder Delivery is software for gas distributors, open to businesses in the UAE since October 2026. It runs a cylinder round from one dashboard: customers and routes, riders with an app that works offline, full and empty cylinders counted wherever they are, a refill handled as an exchange, the deposit held against every cylinder a customer keeps, and invoices in AED. It is web-based, made by Irsaal Software in Pakistan, and starts with a 14-day free trial that asks for no card.

Cooking gas in the UAE reaches the door through authorised distributors, in 11 kg, 22 kg and 44 kg cylinders — the small one to flats, the large ones to restaurants, cafeterias and staff accommodation — and every one is swapped, full for empty, against a deposit.

14 days free, no card. Your account opens in AED.

What a gas round in the UAE gets out of it

The cylinder is yours, it is expensive, and it comes back. These are the six things a distributor needs a record of — and the ones that pay for themselves first.

Full and empty, wherever they are

Cylinders are counted full and empty in the warehouse, at the filling plant, with customers and with riders, so the fleet in circulation can be counted at any moment instead of once a year.

A rate for every cylinder size

Each size — 11 kg, 22 kg, 44 kg — carries its own refill price and its own deposit through rate cards, and each customer is billed at theirs.

The refill is an exchange

A full cylinder out and an empty one back is recorded at the door as one movement. It is the swap, not the sale, that keeps the cylinder count honest.

A deposit ledger per customer

The deposit taken when a customer first receives a cylinder is held against what they keep, so anybody holding more cylinders than their deposit covers is visible.

Restaurants and camps on account

Commercial customers take cylinders on credit at their own rate and settle weekly or monthly on a payment plan, while households pay per refill at the door.

A rider app that works without signal

Riders record every swap and every payment on the phone, offline if they have to, in English or Urdu, and print a receipt on a Bluetooth printer. Their cash is closed and approved each day.

What to know before you start in the UAE

Irsaal is new to the UAE. Here is exactly what you get there today, and what you do not — so the trial has no surprises in it.

Your currency, from the first screen

An account opened from the Gulf starts in its own currency — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR — in the office panel, in the rider app and on every invoice and receipt. Amounts are kept to two decimal places, so a dinar or rial price is entered to the nearest ten fils or baisa.

English in the office, English or Urdu on the round

The office panel is in English. The rider app runs in English or Urdu, switched per rider — which suits a round whose drivers read Urdu more easily than English. There is no Arabic interface yet.

Tax on the invoice, not e-invoicing

An order booked in the office can carry a tax rate, printed as a tax line beside your tax number. It does not file returns, and it is not an e-invoicing system: a business that must issue ZATCA (Fatoora) tax invoices in Saudi Arabia needs its accounting system for those.

Set up and supported from Pakistan

Irsaal is built by Irsaal Systems in Pakistan. Setup, training and support are remote — on WhatsApp and by phone, in English or Urdu — on Pakistan time, which is one hour ahead of the UAE and Oman and two ahead of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Alerts in your currency — WhatsApp, SMS and email

Delivery and payment alerts reach your customers on WhatsApp from your own business number, by SMS through a Twilio account of your own, or by email — every amount in your currency. WhatsApp only sends wording it has approved, so its alerts start once it has approved the message templates on your number; until then SMS and email carry them.

Priced and invoiced in your currency

Plans are shown and invoiced in your own currency — AED, SAR, QAR, KWD, BHD or OMR — converted from our price list in Pakistani rupees. The trial needs no card; before it ends we agree with you how the invoice is paid from your country.

Getting started from the UAE

Nothing is installed and nobody needs to visit. The office panel opens in a browser, and setup happens with us on WhatsApp — it takes about an hour.

  1. Open the trial. Choose UAE on the form; your sign-up code arrives on WhatsApp.
  2. Enter your rates. A refill price and a deposit for each cylinder size you deliver.
  3. Bring your customers across. Import the spreadsheet you already keep, with the cylinders each one is holding.
  4. Count the cylinders once. Full and empty, in the store and with customers — the only part worth doing slowly.
  5. Add your routes and riders. Then send tomorrow's round out on it.

Built for a round, not adapted to one

Irsaal is made by Irsaal Software, a team that ran a delivery round before it wrote software for one. What it keeps count of — a container that has to come back, the deposit behind it, and the cash a rider is carrying — is the same problem in the UAE as anywhere else.

FAQ

Questions from distributors in the UAE

What a distributor in the UAE asks before starting.

Is there LPG cylinder delivery software for distributors in the UAE?

Yes. Irsaal for LPG Cylinder Delivery has been open to businesses in the UAE since October 2026. Cooking gas in the UAE reaches the door through authorised distributors, in 11 kg, 22 kg and 44 kg cylinders — the small one to flats, the large ones to restaurants, cafeterias and staff accommodation — and every one is swapped, full for empty, against a deposit. An account opened from the UAE starts in AED.

Can it price each cylinder size separately?

Yes. Each size you deliver — 11 kg, 22 kg, 44 kg or any other — is set up with its own refill price and its own deposit through rate cards, and a customer who was agreed a different price is billed at theirs.

How are cylinder deposits and empties tracked?

Every full cylinder delivered and every empty collected is recorded at the door, so each customer has a running cylinder balance and the deposit they paid is held against it. The distributor sees full and empty stock in the warehouse, at the plant, with customers and with riders at any moment.

Which languages does it use, and how is it paid for from the UAE?

The office panel is in English and the rider app in English or Urdu; there is no Arabic interface yet. LPG Cylinder Delivery plans: Starter at PKR 2,500 a month, Growth at PKR 3,000 a month and Business at PKR 4,000 a month. Prices are in Pakistani rupees and billed by invoice — the 14-day trial needs no card, and before it ends we agree with you how the invoice is paid.
