What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. The panel asks you to continue before it opens again, and everything you entered is waiting exactly as you left it.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial starts on the sign-up form and takes no payment details at all. Nothing bills itself when it ends.
Can my staff have their own logins?
Yes, and you decide what each of them can open — section by section, down to individual actions like refunding a deposit.
Is my data separate from other businesses?
Completely. Every record belongs to your account, and no query from another business can reach it. It is enforced at the database level, not by a screen that hides things.
What does the rider app cost?
Nothing extra. It is part of every plan, and your riders sign in with logins you create for them.
Can I move my existing customer list in?
Yes — customers and routes can be imported from a spreadsheet, so you are not retyping a book you already keep.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in either direction. An upgrade takes effect at once; a downgrade at the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or cash. We raise an invoice, you pay it, and we mark it off. Card payment is coming.
What if I want to leave?
Export what you want from Reports and stop. No notice period, no exit fee, and your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
How much does Irsaal cost?
Irsaal is priced from PKR 2,500 to PKR 24,500 a business a month, depending on the product and the tier — water delivery, LPG cylinders, milk shops and goods transport each have their own price list. Billing is monthly in PKR, yearly billing is available at a discount, and every plan includes a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. Where a plan carries a one-time setup fee, the pricing page shows it beside the monthly price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every Irsaal plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and it does not ask for a card. The trial is the full product, not a limited demo: you can load your real customer list, run real rounds and print real invoices during it. If you decide not to continue, the account simply stops and your data is held for 30 days in case you come back.
Are there any hidden charges or per-rider fees?
No hidden charges — everything a plan costs is stated on the pricing page. Each plan includes a set number of riders and staff logins; any beyond that are added per month at the per-rider or per-login price shown on the plan. A plan with onboarding carries a one-time setup fee, shown beside its price. There is no per-delivery charge, and no separate licence for the rider mobile app, which is included on every plan. The plans differ on how many routes, riders and staff logins they carry and which modules are switched on, and those limits are stated on the pricing page rather than discovered later.
Can I move my existing customer list into Irsaal?
Yes. Customers, opening balances, bottle balances and rates can be imported from a spreadsheet, which is how almost every business arrives — most water suppliers in Pakistan are running on an Excel file or a hand-written register when they start. If your file is messy, send it in and we will map it for you rather than making you reformat it first.
