Irsaal LPG Cylinder Delivery Software, by Irsaal Software, runs an LPG gas agency or distributor that delivers refillable cylinders. The office works in a web browser at the LPG panel, and riders work in the Irsaal Rider app on an Android phone. A refill is an exchange, not a sale: a full cylinder goes out and an empty one comes back. A refundable security deposit is held for every cylinder a customer keeps. Orders are booked by the office, by standing subscriptions, online or by the rider. The rider records each exchange and payment at the door, and the office approves the rider's cash and empties at the end of the day.
What does the software keep track of?
- Cylinders. Every cylinder you own is counted by where it is: Filled in Warehouse, Empty in Warehouse, At Refill Plant, With Customers and With Riders (uncleared). The counts are on LPG Cylinders.
- Deposits. The security held for each cylinder a customer keeps, in their Security Wallet. A customer's allowed holding is what their deposit covers.
- What customers owe. Every invoice and payment goes on the customer's ledger, so their balance is always current.
- Cash with riders. What a rider collects stays on their name until the office approves their day in Rider Ledger.
Cylinder sizes are priced through rate cards: the standard rate (LPG Cylinder Refill Price and Security Fee per Cylinder) and, for example, a commercial rate card for larger cylinders, given to the customers who take them. Each customer has one cylinder balance, at their own rate.
How does a day work, step by step?

The day's orders are ready. They come from subscriptions (Operations → Subscriptions, with Generate Today's Orders / Generate Tomorrow's Orders), from the office (Orders → New Order or Refill / Delivery → Book for a Later Day), from your online Storefront, or from the rider's app.

Riders start the round. In the Irsaal Rider app, signed in under LPG Cylinder, the Route tab lists today's stops and Schedule shows the coming days.

At each door, the rider records the exchange. The rider enters:
- the full cylinders delivered
- the empties collected
- any damaged cylinders
- accessories sold
- the payment: Cash, Online or Credit
The invoice prints on a Bluetooth receipt printer or is shared with the customer. If the customer's door is pinned on the map, the rider must be standing at it.

Walk-in and phone refills. In the office, open Refill / Delivery, pick the customer, enter LPG Cylinders Delivered (refilled given), Empty Collected (taken back) and the payment, and press Record Refill / Delivery.

Money lands in the right place. A rider's collections stay on their name. Anything unpaid goes on the customer's balance, to be collected later with Add Payment on their card or Collect Payment in the app.

The rider hands the day over. In the app's Ledger tab, the rider enters the cash and empties handed in and presses Submit Ledger.

The office approves it. In Finance → Rider Ledger, open the day and press Approve & Release. The cash goes into your accounts, and the empties go into Empty in Warehouse.

Empties go for refilling. On LPG Cylinders, press Send Empties under Send to Plant. With Plant Return Tracking on, cylinders wait At Plant until you press Receive Full.

Reports show the result. Insights → Reports covers revenue, deposits, deliveries, rider performance, the Cylinder Account Report and the Cylinder Reconciliation Report, exportable to PDF, Excel and CSV.
What about restaurants and shops on credit?
Give them their own rate card (for the larger cylinder they take) and let them take cylinders on Credit. The unpaid amount sits on their ledger. To have them settle weekly or monthly, give them a subscription with a Payment plan, and the software reminds you on the due day. Household customers pay per refill at the door.
