LPG riders use the same Irsaal Rider Android app as water riders, in its cylinder-orange LPG colours. A rider signs in with the email and password the office made under System → Riders, allows location, and gets their own round for the day. At each door they record the full cylinders delivered, the empties collected and the payment, and at the end of the day they hand over the cash and empties from the Ledger tab. The app keeps the round on the phone, so deliveries, payments and expenses recorded with no signal are sent when the signal returns.
A rider can also add a new customer in the LPG app with the New Customer button, book a New Order, take a Refill Order from a phone call, collect an old balance, record an expense and pin a customer's door. See Can a rider add a customer in the Irsaal LPG app? Rider permissions for who allows what.
How does an LPG rider sign in?
- Install Irsaal Rider on the rider's Android phone from the link your office was given. If you do not have one, ask Irsaal support at WhatsApp +92 345 6703860.
- Open it. After the welcome cards, the sign-in screen ("Sign in to start your route") asks WHICH ROUND DO YOU WORK?, with Water Delivery, Milk Shop and LPG Cylinder. This is only a hint about which colours to draw first. The account decides, so a rider who taps the wrong one still lands on their own round and the app says so: "Your account is an LPG business — opening that round."
- Type the Email and Password from System → Riders, and press Sign in. The rider stays signed in until they sign out.
If the sign-in fails, the message says why:

An office login (not a rider) that signs in to the app is shown Your panel is on the web and Open my panel.
The first time, the What the app needs screen asks for Notifications, Location (Required) and Nearby devices (for a Bluetooth printer). Press Allow all. The app only opens once location is allowed and the phone's GPS is on; Phone location is off has a Turn on location button, and a Blocked permission needs Open app settings.
What does the rider see?
With Subscription System on, the app opens on Route ("Today's Route") with the tabs Route, Schedule, Ledger and Profile. The figures at the top are Stops today, Booked orders, Cylinders and On schedule (the number already delivered). The quick actions are New Order, Refill Order, My Customers, Collect Payment, New Customer and Add Expense. The magnifier in the header is Find order by number, and the bell is My tasks, the jobs the office sent.
With Subscription System switched off, the app opens on My Customers, with the tabs Customers, Payment, Ledger and Profile, and the quick actions New Order, Refill Order, Find Order, Collect Payment, New Customer and Add Expense.
The app uses cylinder words on an LPG round:

A few labels, such as Their own bottles and Bottles they handed over on the New Customer form, still say "bottles" and mean cylinders.
How does the rider record a refill?
- Tap the customer's stop on Route.
- Enter Cylinders Delivered (full) and Empty Collected (it matches the delivered number unless changed with ±), and any Damaged Returned.
- Add regulators, hoses or other Products (up-sell) with Add product.
- Choose the Payment (Cash, Online or Credit) and the Amount received, or press Full. Anything not received goes to the customer's balance.
- Check the Live Invoice and press Save Refill & Print Invoice, or Confirm Delivery for an order already paid. Print on the Bluetooth printer (Print on Bluetooth roll) or press Share Invoice.
An order marked Just hand it over has only Mark Delivered. Skip marks a booked stop as not delivered, with an optional reason. Find Order takes any order by its number, even one booked for another rider, and the office sees who delivered it.
If the customer's door is pinned and the rider is too far from it, the app says Not at the door yet: "You are 300 m from Ali's door. A delivery can only be marked within 100 m of the door." The rider walks to the door, or the office moves the pin or changes the delivery check. How does an LPG rider add a new customer?
Press New Customer. The form is headed New Customer ("Open the account. The order comes next.") and says: "For somebody new. A customer already on your company's books — with an old balance or a deposit already paid — is added at the office."
- Name is required. Phone and Address are optional.
- Residential or Commercial.
- Cylinders they may hold, the most cylinders the customer may hold (it only decides anything where no deposit is taken).
- This customer's price: Refill per cylinder and Security per cylinder, filled in at the company rate. Change them only if a different price was agreed.
- Area & route, with the rider's own route chosen for them.
- Their door (pin, photo and landmark), Their own bottles and Swap them for ours, and Refill schedule, each only when its module is on: Delivery Location & Photo, Customer-owned Cylinders, Swap Their Cylinders For Yours and Subscription System.
Press Save Customer. The office sees the customer marked as added from the Rider app. The app then asks Customer added — Book their first order now, or leave it for later., with New Order or Not now. Adding a customer needs a connection. Customers who already owe money or hold a deposit are added at the office.
How does the rider hand over the day?
Open Ledger (My Daily Ledger) and add anything spent under Spent on the round. Under Hand over to admin, enter Cash handed (Rs.) and Empty cylinders handed in, add a note if needed, then press Submit Ledger. A day can only be submitted once; days a rider forgot are listed and Also submit my missed days sends them with today's. The office approves it in Rider Ledger; until then the cash and empties stay on the rider's name. Submitting needs a connection. See Where the money goes in Irsaal LPG software: a one-page overview.
What works with no signal?
The round is kept on the phone. Without signal a rider can still record deliveries (including Mark Delivered), payments, skips, expenses and door pins and photos. They are saved on the phone and sent by themselves, once each. New Customer, New Order and Submit Ledger need a connection. The Sync screen shows Everything has reached the office, or what is still waiting, or Needs your attention if the office could not accept something.
How do I set up the printer and language?
Profile → Printer & settings:
- Under Bluetooth Printer, pair the printer in the phone's Bluetooth settings first, then press Scan paired, choose the printer and press Test print. Set the Paper width to 58 mm or 80 mm.
- Choose the Language: English or اردو (Urdu). The Voice guide reads screens aloud.
- Live Location has Share my location with admin and Send location now.
Frequently asked questions
Can a rider add a new customer in the Irsaal LPG rider app?
Yes. Press New Customer, type the name (the only required box) and save. It is on by default. The office can turn it off under Settings → Modules → Rider App Permissions by leaving Add new customers unticked. On an LPG round the app still draws the button in that case, and the office's system answers "Your office has disabled this rider action: Add new customers. Contact your administrator." Customers with an old balance or deposit are added at the office.
LPG rider customer add kar sakta hai?
Ji haan, "New Customer" dabaye, naam likhe aur "Save Customer" dabaye. Office "Settings → Modules → Rider App Permissions" mein "Add new customers" ka tick na lagaye to server mana kar deta hai ("Your office has disabled this rider action"). Purane baqaya wala customer office se add hota hai.
Is there a separate app for LPG riders?
No. LPG riders use the same Irsaal Rider app. It opens in the LPG colours, on the rider's own round, whichever round they tapped on the sign-in screen.
The app says "Cylinders Delivered". Is that the same as "19L Delivered"?
Yes. On an LPG round the app says Cylinders Delivered (full); on a water round it says 19L Delivered (full). Both are the number of full containers handed over.
Rider ko customers nazar kyun nahi aa rahe?
Rider ke route par uska naam "Assigned Rider" mein hona chahiye, customer ka "Route" hona chahiye aur customer "Active" ho. Phir rider list ko neeche kheench kar refresh kare. "Rider Assignment" off ho to har rider ko har active customer nazar aata hai.
Why does the app show another rider's customers?
The office has given you the round of a rider who is on leave. A banner on the home screen says whose round it is and until when, and each of their customers and stops is marked Covering: with their name. Deliver to them as you do to your own; what you deliver and collect is on your own ledger. They leave your list by themselves when the cover ends. Does the app work offline?
Yes, for deliveries, payments, skips, expenses and door pins. They are saved on the phone and sent when signal returns. The Sync screen shows what is still waiting.

LPG rider bhi "Irsaal Rider" app istemal karta hai, office ka diya hua email aur password dal kar. "WHICH ROUND DO YOU WORK?" sirf ishara hai, asal round account se khulta hai. "Allow all" dabayen; location zaroori hai. App mein LPG ke liye alfaaz hain: "Cylinders Delivered (full)", "Empty Collected", "Products (up-sell)".
