Live Tracking in Irsaal Water Delivery Software is the office's map of where riders are, the path each has taken, and every stop on their round with proof of where it was marked. Open it under Operations → Live Tracking. The page is headed Live Rider Tracking ("Where every rider is, the path they took, and proof of where each delivery was marked"). It also holds the Delivery check: the rule that decides whether a rider may mark a delivery away from the customer's pinned door. Live Tracking is a paid add-on, part of Business.
What does the Live Tracking screen show?
- The toolbar. A status line (Live · updated …, or History for a past day), the count of riders online, a date picker, Today, a refresh button and Delivery check. The screen refreshes itself every 15 seconds while it is open.
- Rider chips. One per rider, with a status and the deliveries done out of stops ("3/8"): Online (heard from in the last 3 minutes), Idle (within 20 minutes), Offline, Last position (when you pick a past day) and No app login.
- The map. The rider's position, the path they took, each delivery stop, and a legend: Rider, Delivery stop, Completed, Not delivered / away from pin. Follow rider keeps the map on them, and Centre map and Google Maps buttons help you look closer.
- The rider card. Name and Rider ID, the current location (Lat, Lng), Last update, Total distance today, Deliveries today, and Speed & battery.
- Delivery Records. A table of the rider's stops for the day with the tabs All, Delivered, Pending and Location issues. Its columns are #, Customer, Order no., Items, Delivery address, Time, Status and Location proof.
Pick another day with the date picker to replay where a rider went. A rider appears once they are added and sign in to the rider app. Nobody but a rider's phone reports a position: a rider with no app login shows No app login, and one whose app has sent nothing shows "The rider app has sent no location today."
If the map does not draw, the message is "Google Maps could not be reached. Check the internet connection and refresh." or "The map could not be loaded." If the page says "Live tracking is not part of your plan.", the plan does not include the add-on.
What is location proof?
Each time a rider marks a stop, the phone saves where it was, how accurate the reading was (Phone accuracy ± … m) and how far that was from the customer's pinned door. The Location proof column shows it:

Press the proof to see the customer's pinned door and where the rider's phone was on a map, and Open in Google Maps.
How do I share a delivery proof with a customer?
For a customer who says "your rider never came", press Share with customer on the row. A Share delivery proof box opens with a message and a link. Copy message, send it on WhatsApp, or use Open page to look at it yourself. Whoever opens the link sees that one delivery on a map: when it was marked, where the rider's phone was and where the customer's door is. Nothing else about your business. Asking again returns the same link. Sharing needs the Share Delivery Proof with a Customer permission.
Where do I set how close a rider must be?
Press Delivery check and choose the Delivery location check:
- Strict — deliveries only at the customer's pinned location. This is the default. A rider cannot mark a pinned customer's delivery unless the phone is at the door. A phone that sends no position, or a mock location, is refused too.
- Record only — allow, but flag deliveries marked away from the pin. Every delivery goes through, and those away from the pin are flagged in the records.
- Off — do not check where deliveries are marked. Nothing is checked. The spot is still recorded when the phone sends it.
Then set Counts as "at the door" within (metres): 100 m by default, from 25 to 1,000 m. The phone's own accuracy is allowed for, up to 50 m extra. Press Save rules. The message "Delivery location rules saved. Riders get them the next time the app refreshes." confirms it. Changing the rules needs the Change Delivery Location Rules permission; without it the fields are locked ("Only a role allowed to change the delivery location rules can edit these.").
A customer whose door has not been pinned can be delivered to under every rule: the rider is asked to pin it. Deliveries sent later from a phone that had no signal are never refused. Under Strict, a rider on an app older than version 2.10 has to update before marking a pinned customer.
What is the Live Map under Finance?
Finance → Live Map is a simpler page, Riders (x/y reporting), showing the last location each rider's phone reported, with Refresh and a link back to Rider Ledger. It needs the Live Rider Map permission on Rider Ledger.

How do I see where my riders are in Irsaal?
Open Operations → Live Tracking. Each rider with the app open and location on appears on the map with a status: Online, Idle or Offline. Pick a rider to see their path and stops, and pick another day to replay it.
Rider kahan hai, kaise dekhen?

Can a customer see where my rider is?
No. A customer can only open a proof link you share: one delivery, marked at one moment, with the rider's phone position at that time and the customer's own pinned door.
How do I stop riders marking deliveries from the next street?
