A subscription in Irsaal Water Delivery Software is a customer's standing delivery schedule: every day, on certain days of the week, or every other day, with a set number of 19 Ltr bottles. It lives under Operations → Subscriptions (also the Subscriptions tab on Orders). The software books the orders from it by itself, so they reach the rider's app without anyone typing them. A subscription can also have a Payment plan for customers who pay weekly or monthly instead of at each delivery.
How do I set up a customer's subscription?
- Open Subscriptions. The Add / Edit Subscription form is on the page.
- Choose the Customer.
- Choose the Frequency:
- Daily: every day.
- Weekly: on the weekdays you tick under Days.
- Alternate days: every other day.
- Custom days: the weekdays you tick under Days.
- Enter 19 Ltr / delivery, the bottles on each visit, and the Start date.
- Leave Active subscription ticked, and press Save Subscription.
The customer's card then shows the schedule under Subscription. To pause a subscription without losing it, untick Active subscription and save again.
How are the orders made from subscriptions?
The software books the next day's orders from active subscriptions overnight. You can also do it at any time on Subscriptions with Generate Today's Orders or Generate Tomorrow's Orders, or with Generate on the Orders screen for the date shown. Generating twice does not double the orders.
If tomorrow's orders are not on the Orders screen in the morning, press Generate Tomorrow's Orders. The rider's app picks them up when it next refreshes.
A customer who runs out early does not have to wait for their day. The rider can deliver a refill at any time from the app, and every-other-day schedules then count on from that delivery.
How do I set a weekly or monthly payment plan?
With Subscription Payment Plans switched on under Settings → Modules, each subscription has a Payment plan box:
- Choose How they pay: Pays at each delivery, Weekly or Monthly.
- Enter the Amount each time, and the Day it is due. For monthly plans, a month without that day collects on its last day.
- Next payment due is worked out from the day. Fill it in only to set a different first date.
- Press Save Payment Plan.
On a customer's due date, whoever is using the software is reminded, with a sound you choose and can test under Settings → Modules → Subscription payment reminder. The Payments due list at the top of Subscriptions shows who owes what.
How do I collect a subscription payment?
In Payments due, press Collect on the customer's row. The Collect subscription payment box asks for:
- the Amount, which is filled in from the plan, so type what they actually handed over
- the Method: Cash or Online
- the Date and a Reference
Press Record it. This posts a real payment on the customer's ledger, in your accounts and in the reports, and moves the plan to its next date. Nothing is collected automatically. Skip moves a cycle on without collecting anything.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make Irsaal deliver water to a customer every day automatically?
Give the customer a subscription under Subscriptions with Frequency set to Daily, the bottles per delivery and a start date. The software books their order for each day, and it appears in the rider's app.
Tomorrow's subscription orders are missing. What do I do?
Press Generate Tomorrow's Orders on Subscriptions, or Generate on Orders for that date. It only adds orders that are missing.
Can a customer pay monthly instead of at each delivery?
Yes. Switch on Subscription Payment Plans under Settings → Modules, set their Payment plan to Monthly with the amount and day, and collect it with Collect when it falls due.
How do I stop a subscription for a while?
Open the subscription, untick Active subscription and save. Tick it again to restart.
I do not see Subscriptions in the menu.
The Subscription System module is off, or your role cannot open it. Switch it on under Settings → Modules, or ask an administrator.

Subscription customer ka pakka schedule hai: rozana, hafte ke kuch din, ya ek din chhor kar, aur har dafa kitne bottles. "Subscriptions" mein customer, "Frequency", "19 Ltr / delivery" aur "Start date" likh kar "Save Subscription" dabayen. Software khud agle din ke orders bana deta hai, aur "Generate Tomorrow's Orders" se aap khud bhi bana sakte hain.
