The business-wide choices in Irsaal LPG Cylinder Delivery Software live in System → Settings, which you can also reach from the profile menu at the top right. Your company details, the standard refill price, the cylinder deposit and the receipt printer are set there, and so are the Modules that decide which parts of the software your agency sees. The price of each other cylinder size is a rate card under Finance → Refill / Security Payments, picked on the customers who take that size. Changing settings needs the Settings → Edit permission.
What is on each Settings tab?
There are eight tabs. One Save Settings button saves whichever tab you are on, and the page comes back to the same tab.

How do I change the refill price or the cylinder deposit?
Open Settings → Pricing & Printing. LPG Cylinder Refill Price is what a refill costs, and Security Fee per Cylinder is the refundable deposit per cylinder ("Deposit per LPG cylinder. Also the damage penalty per lost/broken cylinder."). The standard price and deposit are also the default rate card under Refill / Security Payments, so changing one changes the other. A new price applies from the next order onward; invoices already made keep the price they were made at. Low-stock Alert Threshold is saved with the business, but the low-stock warning on a product follows each product's own Low-stock Alert box.
What does "Take security deposits at the door" do?
It lets the rider's bill add a deposit when a customer ends up holding more cylinders than their deposit covers, for example when they sign up or permanently take more cylinders (not on a plain refill). Leave it off unless your riders really collect deposits. With it off, deposits are agreed in the office, and the rider is still told when a customer is over their deposit.
How do I choose thermal or A4 printing?
Under Pricing & Printing → Printer Settings, Receipt Paper Size is Thermal Receipt (80 mm roll, for POS printers) or A4 Invoice (full page). Copies to Print is 1, 2 or 3. Tick Open the print dialog automatically after saving an order to save a click. Every invoice can still be switched between thermal and A4 from its own print screen.
What are the Notifications settings?
Send delivery & payment alerts to customers is the master switch. Under it each channel has its own switch: WhatsApp (with Cloud API token and Phone number ID boxes), SMS (Twilio) (Account SID, Auth token, From number) and Email (uses the platform's mail settings). Leave provider keys blank to stay in demo mode: every message is still recorded under Alerts. Below are the Message templates you can reword: Delivery completed, Payment received, Low security deposit and Test message, with the placeholders {customer} {company} {amount} {balance} {invoice} {cylinders} {order} {date}. The LPG panel has no store front alert templates here. How do I charge a different price for another cylinder size?

Open Finance → Refill / Security Payments.

Press Add Rate, and fill in:
- Name, for example "45.4 kg commercial"
- Security per Cylinder (Rs.), charged when a customer takes a new cylinder
- Refill per Cylinder (Rs.), charged for every refill delivered
Leave Active ticked. Tick Use as default rate (orders & rider app) only if this should become everyone's price.

On each customer who takes that size, press Edit and choose it under Rate card. Or type their own Refill per cylinder and Security per cylinder, which override the rate card (only a role with Set Custom Refill / Security Rate sees these boxes).
The rider's app quotes the customer's own rate at the door. Each customer has one cylinder balance at their rate. A customer who takes both a domestic and a commercial cylinder is simplest kept as two customer accounts, one on each rate.
Which modules can I switch on or off?
Open Settings → Modules. A module that is off disappears from the menu for everyone, including you, and its pages stop opening. Nothing is deleted: switch it back on and every record is exactly where it was. There are 17 modules.

A module your plan does not include shows Not on your plan with an upgrade link, and a padlock in the menu.
What is the limit of Hide Customer Phone from Riders on LPG?
When it is on, the office's system leaves the phone number out of the customer list and the route the rider's app loads, and the number is not searchable. On the LPG round the setting does not yet cover every screen: the rider's Schedule tab and an invoice a rider prints or shares can still show the number. If phone privacy matters, tell riders not to share invoices, or keep the module off. Office records always keep their numbers.
How does Rider App Permissions work?
Switch it on and the card shows Allow riders to: with ten boxes (Add new customers, New / first orders, Refill orders / walk-up deliveries, Deliver existing orders, Collect payments, Create / change refill schedules, Skip orders, Add expenses, Save customer location / photos, Submit cash handover). Off means riders can do everything; on with no boxes ticked means read-only. See Can a rider add a customer in the Irsaal LPG app? Rider permissions.
What is the Subscription payment reminder?
Under the module cards, for customers on a weekly or monthly Payment plan: Start reminding from, Days ahead, Sound, Volume and Test. It chimes once a day per browser and names whose money is due. It works only while Subscription System and Subscription Payment Plans are on.
Where do I set how close a rider must be to mark a delivery?
On Live Tracking, press Delivery check and choose Strict (the default: only at the customer's pinned door), Record only (allow, but flag it) or Off. How do I change my company name or logo on invoices?
Open Settings → Company & Branding, change Company Name or upload a new Company Logo, and press Save Settings. The next invoice prints with it.
I switched off a module and a menu disappeared. Is my data gone?
No. Switch it back on under Settings → Modules and everything is where it was.
Can riders take the deposit at the door?
Only with Take security deposits at the door on. By default it is off: deposits are settled in the office, and the rider is told when a customer holds more cylinders than their deposit covers.
Why can't I change settings?
Your role may not include Settings → Edit. An administrator can add it under System → Users & Roles.
