A subscription in Irsaal LPG Cylinder Delivery Software is a customer's standing refill schedule: every day, on certain days of the week, or every other day, with a set number of cylinders. It lives under Operations → Subscriptions (also the Subscriptions tab on Orders). The orders are made from it when someone presses Generate Today's Orders or Generate Tomorrow's Orders (below), and they then reach the rider's app without anyone typing them. A subscription can also have a Payment plan for customers, such as a restaurant, who pay weekly or monthly instead of at each delivery. The section needs the Subscription System module (on to start with; Settings → Modules) and a plan that includes subscriptions.
How do I set up a customer's subscription?
- Open Subscriptions. The Add / Edit Subscription form is on the page.
- Choose the Customer.
- Choose the Frequency:
- Daily: every day.
- Weekly: on the weekdays you tick under Days.
- Alternate days: every other day.
- Custom days: the weekdays you tick under Days.
- Enter LPG cylinders / delivery, the cylinders on each visit, and the Start date.
- Leave Active subscription ticked, and press Save Subscription.
The customer's card then shows the schedule under Subscription. To pause a subscription without losing it, untick Active subscription and save again. The list shows each subscription's Customer, Route, Frequency, Days, LPG Cylinders, Pays (with payment plans on), Last Served, Next Due and Status. Managing subscriptions needs Orders → Manage Subscriptions.
How are the orders made from subscriptions?
On an LPG account the orders are booked by a person pressing a button. Use any of these, each morning or the evening before:
- Generate Today's Orders or Generate Tomorrow's Orders on Subscriptions.
- Generate Today's Orders on the Dashboard.
- Generate on the Orders screen, for the date shown.
Generating twice does not double the orders. A subscription is skipped for a date when the customer is inactive, the schedule does not fall due that day, the customer was already served that day, or the customer already has any order for that date (including one the office booked by hand). Each generated order goes to the rider of the customer's route, and the rider bills it at the door at the customer's own rate. The rider's Schedule tab also lists coming days from the subscriptions, marked Scheduled only until an order exists.
Every-other-day schedules count on from the last real delivery, so an extra visit moves the next one; a weekly or custom-days schedule is fixed to its weekdays and an extra visit never moves it. A customer who runs out early does not have to wait: the rider can record a refill at any time from the app (Refill Order).
How do I set a weekly or monthly payment plan?
With Subscription Payment Plans switched on under Settings → Modules, each subscription has a Payment plan box:
- Choose How they pay: Pays at each delivery, Weekly or Monthly.
- Enter the Amount each time, and the Day it is due. For monthly plans, a month without that day collects on its last day.
- Next payment due is worked out from the day. Fill it in only to set a different first date.
- Press Save Payment Plan.
On a customer's due date, whoever is using the software is reminded, with a sound you choose and can test under Settings → Modules → Subscription payment reminder (Start reminding from, Days ahead, Sound, Volume, Test). The Payments due list at the top of Subscriptions shows who owes what.
How do I collect a subscription payment?
In Payments due, press Collect on the customer's row (needs Orders → Record Subscription Payment). The Collect subscription payment box asks for:
- the Amount, filled in from the plan, so type what they actually handed over
- the Method: Cash or Online
- the Date and a Reference
Press Record it. This posts a real payment on the customer's ledger, in your accounts and in the reports, and moves the plan to its next date. Nothing is collected automatically. Skip moves a cycle on without collecting anything.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make Irsaal deliver LPG to a customer on a schedule?
Give the customer a subscription under Subscriptions with the Frequency, the cylinders per delivery and a start date. Then press Generate Today's Orders or Generate Tomorrow's Orders to book the orders; they appear in the rider's app.
Does Irsaal LPG software book subscription orders by itself overnight?
No. On an LPG account nothing books them automatically: someone presses Generate Today's Orders or Generate Tomorrow's Orders (on Subscriptions or the Dashboard), or Generate on Orders. Pressing it twice never creates duplicates. (Water accounts do have an overnight run; the LPG panel does not.)
Tomorrow's subscription orders are missing. What do I do?
Press Generate Tomorrow's Orders on Subscriptions, or Generate on Orders for that date. It only adds orders that are missing.
Can a customer pay monthly instead of at each delivery?
Yes. Switch on Subscription Payment Plans under Settings → Modules, set their Payment plan to Monthly with the amount and day, and collect it with Collect when it falls due.
How do I stop a subscription for a while?
Open the subscription, untick Active subscription and save. Tick it again to restart.
I do not see Subscriptions in the menu.
The Subscription System module is off, your plan does not include it, or your role cannot open it. Switch the module on under Settings → Modules, or ask an administrator.

Khulasa (Roman Urdu)
Subscription customer ka pakka schedule hai: rozana, hafte ke kuch din, ya ek din chhor kar, aur har dafa kitne cylinders. "Subscriptions" mein customer, "Frequency", "LPG cylinders / delivery" aur "Start date" likh kar "Save Subscription" dabayen. LPG mein orders apne aap raat ko nahi bante; "Generate Today's Orders" ya "Generate Tomorrow's Orders" dabane se bante hain, aur do baar dabane se double nahi hote. Jo customer hafta war ya mahana payment karta hai, uske liye "Payment plan" set karein aur jab qist aaye to "Collect" dabayen.
